We've passed by this store for years but decided to go in this year. Met with Rex and was immediately comfortable with his personality. He's personable, warm, and cares about what you are purchasing. Sunglasses are an investment, and you get what you pay for. Rex made sure to give us full information on everything we were buying. I picked up my first Maui Jim and my husband got a second pair of Oakley glasses. Super satisfied with our purchase and glad we bumped into Rex that day.

Beyond the regular customer service I was just blown away. I have asked my usual place in LA about parts and I was always told "no that's why you should get a new pair." At this location they first asked if I was happy with my current ones and then made some recommendations. As I asked about the piece I was looking for, they asked for my address and next thing you know they replaced it with a back-up piece (different color) and said the right one will be sent to me. I had not bought anything and yet they were willing to help out. Needless to say I was so happy with the service I ended up purchasing a pair and would HIGHLY recommend dropping by. Look for some Hawaii exclusive pairs if you get a chance as well. After returning to LA I noticed that Ryken had sent me a thank you email and provided me with a follow up email about the replacement part.
