I would've gave Luxottica a zero if I could, Not a real good place to work Managers are terrible Trainers obviously shouldnt be called trainers because they don't train they just give the new hire or temp worker a tour through the company and give ten minutes session which shouldn't be considered training, employees in the position the trainers place the new hire does the actual training with no extra incentives, old employees watch you like hawks and I'f you're an outstanding employee such as myself that out works the others they will be intimidated by you because some do have a lazy strand or lack self motivation they just stand around after each break and chit chat with each other, managers has to show presences in order for some of these employees to start work and some are the most complaining employees ever, and they will over analyze the threat the hard worker the person that works there ass off the one when there's volunteer overtime the petty complaining workers will purposely sign up and get they're friends to sign up as well, to keep actual workers that want to work from working, Trainers (persay) along with Human resources employees are very close friends with some of the warehouse and manufacturing employees and boy do they lie lie lie and dry lie snitch, You have managers dating employees which was told that was against company policies but quite a bit don't follow company policy but will in fact quote them to you when they feel they need, Company needs to be revamped but obviously they won't because they love the garbage drama filled employees, understanding there are problems in every work place but this company henders outstanding workers company has a major turn over one reason the crappy point system they have, if you're out sick you have to bring a Dr statement but you still get a point and it doesnt come off for a whole year, I don't see the point in bringing the Dr note you're still getting a point... I can keep going on about this company..I resigned about a year ago best decision I ever made, Do your research on this company beforehand...

This company and/or their warranty process is a total joke. You have a better chance of hitting the lottery than talking to a real person, but they were very quick to send an invoice to be paid. After paying, the replacement glasses were not sent as they promised. I stayed on hold for a very long time, did not get a call back as promised and the list of poor service goes on. Now I am having to waste more time to dispute charges on glasses their were not sent AS PROMISED. Again, a total joke...do not waste you time and money.

I'm glad they provided jobs in our county but I'm really upset at what an eyesore they've let themselves become. How about mowing the lawn and taking pride in your business? Everyone else on 155 does!

Sent back my Versace glasses to get repaired due to jewels falling out on the sides and they came back came all scratched up. This is not a trustworthy company and this has been nothing but the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They told me to pick out sunglasses off sunglass hut to get a new pair and now they are saying they don't have the glasses in stock. How are they in stock online and not at Luxottica. Do not send your glasses here. This place is a nightmare .I feel like they scammed me into doing this so they could take my glasses for repairs. Everything is through email and this has been an ongoing situation for three months. I will never send my glasses for repairs here ever again and dont recommend them to any customers. Zero stars.

Beware of working for this company! If you can, avoid the 3rd floor!!!.the two supervisors Neil and james get aggravated when you ask for help! Then try to make like your the problem.james stay texting on his phone and neil needs to find him another job away from people! They both are horrible individuals for how they treat people..but I'll never forget how they treated me when I worked there.hopefully they wont be at luxottica for long..I warned you watch out for NEIL AND JAMES!

Luxottica retail McDonough location has absolutely piss poor management. Especially the operation Managers. They will lie on you and take pictures of people in hopes of getting them fired. There's a whole lot more and I could say and I could go on and on but I don't have time. But Luxottica is a place where you're treated like you are a prisoner or you're in some kind of bootcamp without any type of education. Sad part of it all, even if you talk to HR about a certain situation, they will always side with the managers and allow them to continue what they've been doing. Save your time and go somewhere else please!! If I could have given them 0 Stars, I would have!

DO NOT WORK HERE....i wish I couldn't give them a star period. They work you like slaves and do not pay you nothing. The warehouse barely makes $12.00.. then they promise raises but keep building on to this awful place. A couple of weeks ago people didn't get paid cause a error on their part.. The managment is rude and treat you like inmates in a boot camp. This company employs majority African Americans. They have a bug infestation and OSHA has been called several times. In these career fair they tell you that this is a great place but forget to tell you that it's own by people In Italy who are rude and barely speak English. I would not recommend this job to a homeless person. They say they promote from within but you meet someone from out the country every week with a new job title... I could go on and on.. but this company are not who they say they are .... There really scammers ... speaking from a soon to be ex employee as soon as I find another job.
