Ron and Kim have an awesome selection of beautiful and unique glasses and sunglasses. They provide friendly, personable, responsive service. The quality of the lenses that Ron creates are phenomenal. When I'm looking for the best, this is my go to eyewear shop. I have a unique prescription that requires the big name stores to custom order, which means I usually end up waiting a week or more for my new glasses. When i was in a pinch, Ron was able to customize an awesome set of lenses in 24 hours. Thank you to both Ron and Kim for providing such a great shopping experience!

Ron, Kim and Masa have helped me with perfectly made glasses. I even brought an antique pair of frames and Ron had parts to supply new nose pads that no one else would have. I had used a chain store more than once and they made glasses I couldn't see out of.

Amazing customer service! The screws in my frame hinges came loose and they fixed it free of charge in minutes! Would definitely recommend this place. There's even a dog to greet you at the door!

They were very nice here. I wandered in one morning looking for a place within walking distance of downtown where I could get some minor repairs done on my glasses which, I should add, I did not buy here. And they insisted on doing the repairs for free! It only took a few minutes, and the glasses are still in great shape weeks later. Plus there is a cute dog sometimes.

Ever since he put a pair of Swiss Flex on me (he chose them). I have been wearing them and other similar designs always noticed and complimented on. Going into Soto Opticians is like visiting an old friend although we have never formally gone out together socially he feels like an old friend and someone that really cares about you and you care about 2 if they were more than five stars I would give more than five great job Ron and Kim pet JR for me as well.
