Excellent customer service and super easy eye exam. They showed me all my options and broke down all the pricing to me to make it as simple and easy as possible. I've been wearing glasses/contacts for 25 years and they are now in my top 3 ever for customer service.

Say what??? I called to get a quote for a comprehensive eye exam ... test my vision, glaucoma test, and refraction ... the standard yearly tests. Would not quote a price ... said they couldn't because they don't know what tests would be done?? Thanks but I'll pass.

The Dr here is very pleasant and helpful when deciding on contacts and glasses. I used a Groupon for contacts lenses and the exam which was a great deal. Even without groupon the prices here can't be beat!

I got a pair of sunglasses and when I picked them up was surprised to learn they had upgraded them with polarization. would recomend them for glasses and sunglasses. Very happy with mine.

The staff were attentive and professional. I am a very picky person when it comes to glasses and Dan really helped me find a set of specs that reflect who I am. The quality of the frames and lens type selections are above par. I have recently picked up my eyeglasses and I am blown away at the superb quality of my vision. A truly unique experience!

We were at Ft Myers on vacation and my son lost his glasses in the ocean. Well as luck would have it 36 hours after they were lost we found the glasses while searching for sea shells. I contacted Florida Optical to see if they could in any way repair the lens that were damaged from the constant churning of water and being beaten against the sand. The gentleman I spoke with asked that I bring them in for inspection. After his inspection he suggested that there was a solution he could use on the lenses. I agreed to that process and it worked beautifully. They look like new lenses and my son and I are so grateful. The service was fast and professional. I highly recommend Florida Optical Services.

Great experience with Florida Optical Services! Went in for a lens appointment initially but was advised wisely in another direction (which saved me a lot of money and trouble). The glasses appointment itself was the first virtual exam I've ever had and the outcome was fantastic. I was dealt with in a friendly and honest manner throughout my appointment and with the selection and shipping of my glasses. Frames were very fairly priced and lenses were crafted at high-quality. Dan Acosta (the Vision Care Specialist) listened to my needs and was great throughout the process. I would certainly recommend their services.
