I bought my glasses on a Monday and they told me I should have them by the end of the week. I called on Friday and now they are saying Monday or Tuesday of the week after. In a world where Amazon is getting you your purchase same day or a day after I think they need to rethink their model. I can’t believe they sell so many glasses compared to a Lens Crafter or something that they can’t keep up with demand or maybe they should hire an extra person or two. I probably wouldn’t buy anything here again until they can deliver in a timeframe consistent with our fast paced world.

I saw a pair of glasses I like at Edward Beiners in Orlando. The woman who helped me there was very helpful and wrote down all of the information for the frame and lenses since I don't live in Orlando. When I went to the store at Palm Beach Gardens, I did not receive the same level of service. The man at the counter seemed very impatient. They did not have the same inventory at this store. When I asked him to look it up in the catalog to make sure I was ordering the right frames, he insisted I just order the glasses and return them if they were not right. There were no other customers in the store, yet he acted like I was wasting his time. After driving 45 minutes it made no sense to order something sight unseen and simply hope I get the right pair of glasses. I won't be back after experiencing such unwelcoming service. Instead I went to Schmidt's Optical in Stuart, and received very attentive service. They also had exactly what I wanted in stock.

Well.. Had a good experience the 1st purchase I made.. 2nd purchase not so much! I ordered a frame 8 months ago.. Now they are saying they do not have my order in the system. I have went by the store multiple times to check in on my order. Everytime they take down my info and tell me someone will call me. New manager is worthless... I have talked with him several times and every time I speak with him "its the first he's heard about it" Quality of customer service has went down the drain. Its sad b/c after my 1st purchase my colleagues and myself mentioned how great they were to deal with.. Manager finally calls me back 8 months later telling me he doesn't have my order during our conversation he continued to yell across the room to one of his employees while I was sitting on the phone. Rushed off the phone and said he would call me back. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if he ever called me back. DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
