Getting new glass! Lost my other pair while jet skiing. I called around and was happy to hear that. In 1 hour they will have my new pair ready to be pickup. Damn fast and very helpful too!!!!! Tell Mike that Joe from Jersey said, "Thank you!"

I went to these folks a year ago in a bit of an emergency situation. I had lost my glasses and needed another pair quickly. They got me in there, tested my eyes and made a pair while I waited. I use progressive lenses which can't be made on the spot so they made a pair that was only "distance" focused. They worked fine and I was able to go on my trip and enjoy it. This year I came back and asked for contacts. I had had them before 10 years ago and never liked them. I was tested again and and the ordered me a pair to try. The left eye was very clear but the right wasn't quite right. I was tested again and they tweaked the prescription and ordered another right contact. I then wore them both for a few weeks to make sure I like them. I am very pleased with these contacts. Now sometimes I wear my glasses and sometimes the contacts. When I play basketball or shoot pool, the contacts are much better. Through all of this the eye doctor there and the staff have been wonderful. They entertained all of my questions and didn't make me feel like a pain in the butt when I said the prescription for the right contact wasn't quite right. I can confidentially recommend these folks. Why go anywhere else?

We were on vacation and our 11 year old son's glasses were severely damaged to point he needed new ones. Sharon and the Sterling team did an amazing job. Our Optometrist in Florida sent over his prescription and we went in to pick out frames and they were able to have glasses ready in an hour! Amazing! Thank you for coming through in a crunch.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They explained everything in detail. I've gone to other eye places but Sterling Optical has been the one I've stuck with. They compared what my cost would be with usung my insurance and with using their discount. Even when I went back a month later to get a spare pair they gave me a good discount. If I need to have the fit of my glasses adjusted I can just walk in and get it done without having to wait. They had told me it could take up to 2 weeks for my glasses to come in but they were thers within a week. The frames I had originally picked out broke when they were putting the lenses in and it was going to take an additional 2 weeks to get new frames so they gave me a different frame to use in the meantime which I ended up liking better.

these guys suck!! they totally botched an insurance claim, three months later, I am still out of $579, and they refuse to do anything about it when it was clearly their fault.....BEWARE!
