I'd put off filling my eyeglass prescription for months, and my visit to Specs for Less made me wonder WHY! Simple and easy, I was happy to find two frames quick and with great help from Doug. I ordered them yesterday and have them today- prices are so reasonable and I'm so pleased! At 70, these were my first "real", not drug store, glasses, so it was sort of a big deal to me. Highly recommend!

Great prices, great service. Have been back several times when things like lost screw in frame. They always fix for free and right there .. little waiting. They will try to upsell on lens options though.

Worst customer service. My phone was sitting on speaker next to me and the woman disconnected the call. I call back and she says "yeah you disconnected the call" How? How is that possible if I'm not even touching my phone?! Then she was rude and continued to repeat the same line over and over again as if I was an imbecile! I would recommend Simon eyes on Union Street if you need optical assistance this place is not worth the money. They're frames are cheap, overpriced, and out of style. I will never spend a dime of my money here again.
