I normally dont post comments or reviews, but I wanted to say what a great experience I had at sears optical in the Auburn mall .On several of my appointments I've been impressed with Joan LaPierre the manager,she is always extremely helpful and always has a positive attitude, twice she has gone out of her way to ensure my visit was memorable. I'm glad there people like Joan that cares about customer service. Thank you for the great experience. Chris Carlin

I was hesitant about going to Sears but I am so glad I did. Trisha the main doctor is excellent and very kind. I highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Drew Saks for a couple of years. I was pleased with him but the staff member that handled my appointment was not helpful and very unprofessional . So I have transferred to a different provider.

worst experience. Terrible svc ever. Bought 2 identicle glasses with 2 insurance coverages. Everytime I told her my problem she insisted I was wrong. Either she was too lazy to fix it or not experience enough. Waited for mgr too long so finally left. Mgr isn't any better. Instead of helping she just tells the girl to do it. Was there over an hour. Now have to go back to fix my uncomfortable glasses again. Why should I have to fix my own glasses that are newly bought! Buyer beware...use someone else. Anybody else is better. The old staff is gone

Would definitely not recommend this place. They mishandled and scratched my lenses and then put the wrong prescription back in to "fix". I didn't figure it out until I started getting headaches. Very amateurish.

This optical center has a independent doctor office through the Hawaii Vision Associates Group. Sears has great deals on glasses too!

The doctor is very nice, but they NEVER told me that by dilating my eyes - i would have blurred vision and barely be able to drive for 3-4 hours. When i called to tell them this, they said i agreed to this on the consent form, which i signed over a year before! Horrible.

Just purchased glasses from Sherri in the Granite Run store. She was fantastic!!! I highly recommend this store and Sherri.

This store is inside the Sears connected to the Granite Run Mall. I usually don't like paying more (even for better service) , but I will never go to anyone else again. The employees(Sheri) and main doctor(Trish) are fantastic.

I bought 2 pairs regular and sun glasses. Was going to use my insurance for contacts but decided not to after I paid my glasses in full. This lady says that I would be paying more if I have an insurance. And would not give me a discount. Which their advertising buy one get half off or buy one get one free on selective items. Which I got the one that was supposedly on sale. Never used these people again. Full of lies.
