I went here to get glasses for my 2.5 year old. I was super stressed out about my little one having to wear glasses at such a young age but we had such a great experience here! They had an excellent selection of toddler/baby glasses and Hope who helped us was fantastic with my daughter.

Absolutely wonderful staff. They took there time helping pick out glasses for my 3 yr old son, spent so much time figuring out my insurance and gave much needed advice to my husband and I to help us and our son adjust to wearing glasses. We found our forever optician even it being 45 mins away. Well worth the travel for great customer service.

I can not say enough good things about the staff. My daughter had to get her first pair of glasses and I truly believe if it wasnt for the patience and kindness of the women that helped us she wouldn't have worn her glasses.

I needed new prescriptions lenses for my reading glasses. I called several opticians and Hope quoted me a price that was considerably less money than the other opticians I called. When I came in, I did not have my prescription with me so Hope was able to read the prescription from another pair that had the most current prescription. She noticed that something was wrong with one of the lenses (maybe axis?) and fixed it for me. When she fixed it, I noticed an immediate difference. I told her than in addition to needing new lenses, I wanted to get an inexpensive pair to keep at work. She helped me pick out a very modestly priced frame. She said that they did not have the lenses in stock and would have them in a couple of days. I also mentioned that the fluorescent lights bother my eyes. Hope suggested a certain type of tint and that eliminated the problem! I highly recommend Hope and Lynch-Wood Opticians!
