Lady was very rude, could not add 80 plus 80. Last I check, it was 160. Was trying to make my 12 year old get little kids frames that did NOT fit his face. Do not go here. Lied about what’s covered and not covered by insurance. Again... Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off!

My daughter broke her glasses (while being away from home) and they couldn’t be fixed. Look Optical could not have been more helpful. New glasses, FAST turn around, great price, wonderful tech to help us. I highly recommend them!!

At first I was ok with going there. She couldn't have been more friendly and helped me out, but when I went back with a problem she was rude and acted like she couldn't be bothered. I purchased scratch resistant lenses and she told me that it looked like I dropped them so it wouldn't be covered. So now I have pair of glasses that have scratch in the middle of the lens.

The technician was friendly and helpful. Nice selection of low price frames as well as designer frames. I'll be going here instead of online next time I need glasses.
