I went to this place yesterday to buy a pair of sunglasses. Betty and Ray were helping me. At first I was really disappointed because they couldn't verify my vision insurance. I have been a patient there for years and have always had the same insurance through the same employer. They weren't going to give me the sunglasses until they could verify my insurance. I voiced my concern about this and both Ray and Betty stepped up and worked this out and I walked out with my brand spankin new Michael Kors shades. I have worked with Betty before and she is always awesome. Ray is supposedly the "office manager". He told me over the phone that my insurance was good and all I had to do was stop in. Since he didn't check my benefits before I got there I ended up spending over an hour at this place. That was ridiculous. I APPLAUD BETTY though for working so hard and making sure I left a happy customer/patient. I wont go to Lens Crafters again unless I get to see Betty!

I came to Lenscrafters after the most terrible experience at Gaddie Eye Center and luckily, it was night and day! Betty helped me and she was absolutely amazing!! I told her about my experience and she was so apologetic and made up for it by helping me choose from 20+ different sunglass options, haha. She was so helpful, energetic, and patient. We even ran into a snag with my insurance but she bypassed it right away and figured out how to make it work. Will never go anywhere else!

I called this place to make an appointment, and I decided to hang up the phone after the lady at the other end of the line put me on hold for more than 5 minutes. I was a new-patient-to-be, but sadly I decided to look for another eye doctor. Not a good first impression.

We had a very pleasant experience at the store and the free frame adjustment service we received was truly gracious complement. I took my mom to the store because her glass frame were warped and the nose resting pieces were misaligned. I initially tried to find her a matching frame but none worked to fit the existing lenses. The product technician Jason was very helpful. He asked us why we wanted to find the frame. When he realized that the issue can actually be addressed by the tiny replacement pieces and his all-around tool box, he immediately took us to his work bench. He made the replacement and adjustment to the full satisfaction of my mom. My mom was so pleased with the restored clear vision. When we were ready to pay for the service, we were informed it's free as a company policy despite that the glasses were not ordered from the store. I felt compelled to submit this review as a way to show my appreciation to Jason's service and the company's complimentary service policy.

Our family has always had nothing but *positive* experiences at this office ("Fox Run Eye Care")! We have been going there for over 10 years now, with NO complaints whatsoever! (And I am *very choosy* and particular about both customer service, and how we are each treated by our medical practitioners.) The doctors here have *always* been nothing but kind, extremely helpful, caring, great listeners and very good with how they have both treated and responded to my children - even when they were younger. The staff are always *super nice*, very efficient, easy to work with and very accommodating! I do not know anyone there personally and have no ties other than exceptional treatment that I have been very impressed with and thankful to have!

I had a physical exam coming up in a couple days and had to make sure I had 20/20 vision to pass. I walked in had my exam, picked out my new frames , and they had my new glasses done for me the very next day!! Just overall an awesome experience !

Went in for a contact lens exam. I've worn contacts 30+ years and the Dr. didn't know that because it was my first time and yet, the Dr. said after I said I want a contact lens exam, that we will see how the exam comes out on whether or not I would get contacts. The Dr. did not question me if I had worn them for a long time or not, and soon realized I had been a long time wearer and take great care of my eyes. That was the only statement I thought odd and did not have great skill around. The appointment was quick and was fit well with contacts.

We were in the mall yesterday and my daughters glasses broke. Thank goodness lenscrafters was open. I was worried because we did not buy my daughters glasses from them. Not only did they fix them for her but they did not charge us anything. They were absolutely amazing and they have definitely earned my business. All this explanation is to get to that we were DECEIVED by the Institution that we had for very prestigious. I hope my bad experience does not repeat itself with someone else. Let me start by saying that everyone who works there is friendly and have nice attitudes, but during my visit they made lots of mistakes. I had a doctors appointment to update my prescription and then ordered new lenses afterwards. Some of the equipment did not function property and I had to take some of the tests multiple times. My doctor was very nice about it though. Then, their printer was not working and so they had to enter my new prescription 3-4 times into their system. They were out of my lens size so I had to order lenses which they said would take a week. I picked them so I could have my glasses done quickly as I have to squint right now to read fine print (which is a part of my job). My order is delayed and will have taken 10+ days to get to me. I expected more for the $400+ I spent on just lenses. Would go elsewhere if you want fast service.

I’m writing this review while currently sitting in this location. I’ve been waiting to be seen for about 36 minutes. And the associate that is staffed bypassed assisting me to help another customer whom walked in 20+ minutes after me. That customer looked at me uncomfortably, the associate then says “ your next Mam, what can I say there is only one of us here until five. “ I’m feel as though I’ve been disrespected. I almost reacted in a negative manner. Instead I’m writing this review in hope this individual that’s representing this company treats everyone with respect. Took my 1 1/2 yr old Oakley's in due to a loose lens, dropped off in the evening and the next day by noon they had them finished and repaired correctly. When I arrived both times the store associates were very attentive and friendly.

I’m all set on resolving this issue. I’ve already done that, I had to drive up there three times to pick up my contacts. I just plan to NEVER! return to this store ever again. I’m all set on filling out a appliacation and to explain myself again when I shouldn’t have too. Save your apology because I doubt you mean it. If so, you wouldn’t tell someone that they can pick up thier lenses between 10-7 when you close 5 minutes early and make someone travel a hour and a half just to not follow your business hours that you sent by email. Terrible business layout, I still can’t understand why you’d employ 5 females to close a store yet none of them can look at a prescription and order contacts. Why not have 2 people close a store then. Yall aren’t that busy anyways. I’m very very disappointed in this company, hopefully no one ever asks about lens crafters to me because I’ll always tell them to save their money and choose a different provider/store seeing how your business has a lot of flaws. Like telling someone when you’re open and then when you show up on their time they aren’t available even though you show up when they said they’d be there.

We ,my husband and i went there to get our eyes checked due to the fact they have the new digital eye test,well we got the test and went to walmart to have the scrips filled my husbands were perfect and mine I couldn't see out of,we returned to walmart and they rechecked the script it was spot on so we went back to lenscrafters and the said no walmart did not do the right eye correctly and rewrote the script,which we then took to walmart and the girl looked at both scrips and said it was totally backwards of the first script. I then had them do my eye exam and they tried both the new script and the old both were wrong.Never going back to Lencrapsters...

This lenscrafters has lost my business forever. When I went in to order a pair of sunglasses and since I have monovision I needed to order special prescription sunglasses. The sale associate then looked at me in pure hatred and disgust when I told her that I had monovision thus, only need one lens changed not the other. She shrieked, very loudly (causing a comotion), that monovision isn't something they can do to sunglasses. She then sneered at me when handed her my prescription written by my doctor who SUDJESTED that I get my glasses from Lenscrafters since he goes to them. The sale associate then threw back my papers and basically kicked me out the store while staring at me in disgust and hatred. I have never experienced such behavior before, and urge you not to go to this company ever again!

Glasses were not delivered as promised within 10 day window. No communication as to why there was a delay. Called the store and was promised a phone call back twice, which was never returned. When I called the third time, a manager finally had one of her employees contact me with a free warranty on my first pair of glasses, along with a complementary gift for my inconvenience. I was told I would receive an update call the day or two after as to where they were. I was also told to ask for a manager when I came into the store to pick up the glasses. I never received a call for the update, only the text a few days later that the glasses had reached the store. When I came in to pick up the glasses, I was told I could not speak to a manager, and waited almost an hour for a simple protection plan to be added to my glasses. I'm still waiting an hour later.

Today I visited LensCrafters in the Fox Run Mall. I had already chosen another pair of glasses at a nearby shop but decided to stop in LensCrafters. The store was extremely crowded yet the manager, Michael LaFlamme, was giving personal attention to everyone, over and above a customer service I have ever experienced. I decided that I would buy my glasses at this store and I would highly recommend them.

I believe the gentleman that helped me was named Jonathan, he had red hair and glasses. He was wonderful! Everytime I have gone to lenscrafters it's been for repairs to my current glasses... Broke a nose piece off, popped a lense out, need them tightened... Service is always fast and efficient. Staff is friendly. No complaints. :)

I didn't even make it for an appointment before being spoken to rudely over the phone. I simply asked about an eye appointment after 3:30 and the woman I spoke to snidely replied 'got one at 4'. Sure makes it hard for someone who works for a living to take care of getting an eye exam. The people who answer the phone are the face of a business, this is why I will NOT go to Lenscrafters in Oxmoor Center.

I had to get safety glasses made due to my line of work. The young lady was very helpful and explained the different types of lenses they offered that would be OSHA approved. The process was so easy and I picked my glasses up the next day. I love this location!

I bought a pair of eye glasses (frames & lens) almost 2 years ago at the Oxmoor Mall location in Louisville, ky. The last 45 days I have been noticing that I cannot clean my lens. They always have spots. I have used the recommended cleaning tools at Lenscrafters 100% of the time. I was at the Oxmoor store today and inquired about why this is happening. The guy informs me this is completely normal. Some time of coating (AR1) on the lens that wear off. I paid over $500 for this pair of glasses. No one shared with me at that time that this would be happening. Why should I pay this enormous price when I could pay 1/3rd of the price at many other places. Go elsewhere. Their eyeglasses are not worth $500!!!!

I set up an appointment three days ahead of time, and even showed up an hour early to check in. They had 8 people in front of me and the doctors hadn't eaten lunch yet. I think it's safe to assume that they moved walk-ins in front of me in line. They then suggested that I reschedule for TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER. Terrible.

The eye exam was fine. But they don't accept insurance so you must pay out and wait for the claim. They said they file the claim. Several weeks and nothing. Called them up and they had no clue but they would resubmit it. Even then, they filed it wrong and it never was submitted. Months later I had to file it myself properly.

Would give zero stars if able to do so. I presented for my appointment and was told that the internet was down and all patients would be rescheduled. I can’t believe there is no backup system or disaster recovery process for addressing these issues without affecting customers. I did not reschedule because I cannot do business with a company so ill-prepared for issues such as this. They are clearly not a customer centric establishment.

The optometrist was good...I guess. I purchased glasses and when I put them on a couple weeks later, I told the tech that my vision was worse. He said I needed to get used to them. Before I was even out of the mall, I had a migraine and had tripped over something. I only wear glasses when I read, so my eyesight is pretty great! I was scared to wear them while driving. I tried wearing them for a few days at work and just ended up having to take them off because I couldn't see and was getting another migraine. I called LensCrafters and was told that the glasses are made to my prescription and it was my problem. Don't go there unless you have a couple hundred dollars to waste on some glasses that will look nice sitting in your drawer.

The LensCrafters at the Fox Run Mall in Newington, NH is literally the worst store of its kind and left me appalled and disgusted with the lack of quality, terrible workmanship of product and uncaring, unprofessional sales associates and management, and disregard for customer and product. After paring $450.00 for glasses, I was punished by manager for not purchasing additional extended warranty past their 30 day return policy. The anti-reflective coating began to flake off and interfere with vision over 6 months time, and I was told this was not a defect in lens, but caused damage to lens by occasionally cleaning lens with shirt when at work or school. Everyone does this and impossible to keep lens cleaner on your person 24/7. Manager Michael Laflamme refused to help me out in anyway, even after contacting corporate customer service. I have been a long time customer and given thousands to them over the years. No more. Always very poor service, disinterested unskilled employees better suited to flipping hamburgers. Checked reviews and found most people are very dissatisfied with product, defective lens, poor customer service. Check their consumer complaint reviews online. LensCrafters should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else.

I called with 2 simple questions. 1 do you carry a brand of frames and 2 can you repair or replace my lenses. 1st question she wasn't knowledgeable and the 2nd she told me "buy a new pair" if they can't be cordial and helpful on the telephone? I've never been to a place where my glasses were ready in an hour. The optometrist was extremely nice and so was her technician who did all the preliminary eye tests. It was expensive, but I have an excellent new prescription and glasses that were custom fit by an extremely nice associate. They also include a follow up appointment with the initial exam fee. I'll definitely refer people here. Money well spent.

Hi, I went there last early evening. The younger fella stopped what he was doing and gave me an honest assessment of my broken glasses (I had 3 pair). He then proceeded to repair my favorite one without which my daily life would be seriously hampered. Within 10-15 minutes I was in & out. That's service and I was able to make it to church on time. I had a contact lense exam and the young lady putting my contacts in had fake nails with glitter polish paint on them. That was unsanitary. I felt like I had rocks in my right eye. I told her and the optometrist but was told that I would get used to it. When it was time for me to take the contacts out, I realized that the right contact had been torn when it was put it which caused the discomfort. They did not have any more contacts in the prescription for my right eye, which has the worst vision, so I had to get a lower or higher prescription for my trial. I really didn't feel this was standard procedure. I called the following day to report that my right eye was blurry and constantly watered. I was uncaringly told on the phone that they could not do anything about it and that my contacts a would be in within a week. I called customer support and the only resolution I got was the same answer. No apology for causing me this issue... Nothing. Not even seeming to be concerned. I will not refer nor become a repeat customer of this location nor company. I am very disappointed!!!!

This was, by far, the best experience I have had at an eye appointment ever. The staff was attentive, really knowledgeable, and got us taken care of quickly. We had lots of questions and they answered all of them completely. They were really nice and understanding and extremely professional. I was pretty hesitant to go to a lenscrafters because I thought it would be rundown, the employees would be overworked, and exactly what you'd expect from a glasses place in a mall. Nothing could be further from the truth. It was clean and all the equipment seemed up to date. The employees were friendly. It was more professional than any other optometrists office I've been to. Specifically, Chris, Nathan, and Dr. Guymon helped us.

I went to a different eye doctor for an eye check in Pocatello and their prices were very high. Charging me 309 with insurance for a year supply of contacts. So I decided to browse around. Lens crafters offered 286 with a $50 dollar rebate. So much better. Not to mention I live in Pocatello so all of this was done over the phone with the fax of my prescription. The two people who helped me were amazing. Super kind and accommodating! The contacts arrived right to my house so fast it blew my mind. Very pleased.

I’ve been going to LensCrafters and dr Adamson for 8-9 years. Always been very happy with the service. Service is quick and they remember me and i like the personal aspect. Some of the reviews on here are just not fair because prices aren’t set by the doctor, they are set by the chain being LensCrafters. I’ve always felt they are comptetive.

I will NEVER shop here again. They upsold me on an item so my lens had to be sent out and I was told 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I went to check on my order and they weren't there. 2 weeks later, still not there. In a time with lens in an hour and overnight shipping how is my order taking 6 weeks? Terrible service.

I had an awesome experience at this location. My eye exam was performed elsewhere but I came to Lens Crafters because of their wide variety of frames. The price for single vision lens' was pretty ridiculous but I am happy with them. Ray was my awesome specialist. I would revisit as well as recommend.

Terrible!!! I agree 100% with the previous 9 reviews. Had a prescription called in with the idea of getting my glasses in 1 hour. After getting the billing information, the sales person said it would be as long as two weeks. After a week, I noticed there was no charge on my credit card and called the store to check. I was put on hold for 25 minutes at which point I called on another line. Put on hold again and then informed that there was a problem with my card number and no order had yet been placed. Also was told that they were unable to contact me even though they read the correct telephone number and I have answering machine if I am not at home. With such incompetence who could trust the glasses. Avoid at all cost.

The eye-wear garentee is bogus! I was in a motorcycle accident and the glasses were lost in the crash and they said I had to produce the broken glasses, well excuse me for not refusing to get into the ambulance to find the glasses through my bloody vision. I will never get the bogus garentee again it is a rip off not to mention the unfeeling way the non emotional sales person was. After calling corporate and asking them about policy corporate informed me that the glasses could be replaced because of the circumstances of the loss, I then called the store again and was informed that corporate was incorrect and they needed a section of the old glasses to replace the damaged/lost ones. Seems funny how a store can say it's corporate entity is in effect lying to me.

While we were on vacation in Oahu my son lost his glasses in the ocean. This LensCrafters location was near our resort. I called ahead to see if they could access my son's information. They could but did not have the lens he needed. Phil offered to call the other LensCrafters locations in Ohau to see if anyone had what we needed. When he called me back he said they had lens in the right strength and that were the type of lens my son had previously. We were leaving for The Big Island the next day and LensCrafters does not have a location there. We also had a luau planned for that night. Phil was waiting on us when we arrived at the store an hour later. They cut the lens to fit the frames my son picked out as soon as he picked them out. We were in and out of the mall in less then an hour. They really saved our vacation. My son couldn't see without his glasses and we had a lot planned. Thank you LensCrafters at the Windward Mall!

Told me my lenses alone would cost $833.00, which is more than double of the $278.00 i paid by going elsewhere, for the same exact lenses! Rip off!!! I went in for a new prescription...The doctor's office can improve on their front desk customer service... employees they just ok. However the doctor that saw me was super nice and explained everything very well. Once done with the doctor, I moved to the store to pick my new eye glasses and Jonathan helped me from start to finish. He is a great example of a great customer service. I am super happy with his help. I did not feel rushed at all or felt any pressure from him to "just do the sale". He was really helpful all the time and went through all my vision insurance benefits to make sure I was getting a good price. My eye glasses were done in less time than I was told and when picked them up I was lucky to get Jonathan again and again he exceeded my expectations of a great customer service! I would definitely go with them next time I need glasses! Thank you Jonathan for making this a good experience!

Went here to get my first pair of glasses. They weren't pushy at all. I walked in and explained it was my first pair and I wanted to look around a bit. They were super cool and hung back til I found what I liked. Brad was the associate that handled the transaction. He explained everything clearly and wasn't pushy with upsales. First he said my glasses would be ready by tomorrow, but after he checked he said they could be ready in 20 min! Overall great experience for something I was dreading.

I bought a pair of high index lenses with anti-glare coating from this LensCrafters in 2016, and the coating suddenly started to get little pock marks or bubbles in it, probably from the heat this summer. Brought them back in and was told that they don't polish any more, and there's nothing they can do about it. When I pushed, the sales manager had the gall to offer me a "special" deal -- which was already basically the same as deals I can find from LensCrafters coupons online. An insult to my intelligence, and a clear sign that they don't give a damn about anything other than sales quotas. I have bought from LensCrafters for 20 years now, but will never buy a pair of glasses there again.

The D.O. I dealt with introduced herself by apologizing and saying I would have to endure the smell of a skunk, as she had been sprayed by one while walking her dog earlier that morning. She did, in fact, smell like a skunk. The exam was abrupt, and brief, lasting less than 10 minutes. The receptionist peeked in during that period to tell the "Doctor" that she was due for her next appointment. She didn't do a dilation of my eye, which any legitimate D.O. or ophthalmologist will tell you, is the only way to check the back of the eye effectively. When I went to check out and make my copayment, the cashier told me I had six weeks to get the dilation test done, as it was included in the exam. So I asked, "If it's included in the exam, then why didn't she do it?" Crickets... Both the receptionists looked at each other with that "How do I answer that question" look on their faces. When I went to my local optician to get my lens prescription filled, he questioned the validity of the prescription, as it differed significantly from the one the year before, and gave me an exam by having me compare what the "Doctor" had prescribed (and what would have been filled, had he not questioned the validity of the results) to what was my prescription prior to the LensCrafters exam. The new prescription would have been horrific. I will never frequent another LensCrafters again. Thank God it was only a $10 co-pay, but I'm still going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and possibly the State department of Health. Total assembly line eye care. Amateur hour- Stay away!!

The doctor's office sucks!!!!! Their lunch hour varies from day to day. They really don't care about their customers. You are told one thing, like they will price match, but that's only if it's in their favor. They also tell you your stuff will be in in a couple of days, but that's usually more like a week. And they won't help you out in the meantime. My bad for thinking they would be as nice as my old doctors, I guess. Will NEVER go to a Lens Crafters again.

This store has an amazing selection of glasses compared to other stores. I selected a pair 10 days ago. They told me it would take 10-12 days until they would be available. I called today to see if they had arrived. One person picked up and said they would check and put me on hold. A second person picked up and asked how they could help me. I told them I already spoke to someone and he responded in disbelief “oh really? Well I’ll look into that.” A third woman picked up. Said she was the assistant manager and could help. She shared that the glasses hadn’t arrived but “should’ve by now.” She had to reorder them so I’ll have to wait another 7 days. As consolation, I can pick up the same pair without the blue light filter that I paid for. Then, when my specialized pair do arrive, I can go back to the mall and they will spend “30-45 minutes” placing the corrective lenses in the frames that I’ve been wearing. Because who doesn’t love going to the mall twice during the Christmas/New Years season (sarcasm)? No apologies made. Asked if I can get a discount on my $250+ glasses instead of going into the mall twice and waiting, but that’s not an option. 7 days later, I called them cause I haven’t heard anything. The lady responds, “I think we called you.” No. No call, no voicemail, no email. It’s a good thing I called as many times as I did so that I actually receive the glasses I paid for. Will grab them tomorrow and will see if they got the order right at least.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had frames that I purchased from a boutique crafter, and was looking for a place to have lenses made. When I went to LensCrafters, I was assisted by a gentleman who did not provide his name or greet me. He stomped off to a desk, expecting me to follow, and proceeded to decide for me which lenses I should get...to the tune of $1200+ for two pairs of glasses. I was not given any options, allowed to make any decisions, or be involved with the process until I recoiled in shock and asked what he was doing. At this point, the employee became defensive, leaned in close and told me what a good deal he was giving me! After requesting him to change the lens package he had chosen, I was able to reduce the cost by half, which is still outrageous. However, I was in a bind needing the glasses, so had little choice. I had to follow up with the location, as I was never called and informed that my glasses were ready. They had them for over a week by the time I called to inquire, which was still two days short of their given processing time. Buyer, beware. Skip this location! I am sorry I did not go to my regular Target Optical provider, and I'm paying the price...in more ways than one.

Ray allowed me to pick out and try on several different pairs of glasses, until I picked the right pair for my needs and Holland closed the deal by getting me all adjusted and sending me on my way in style. Nothing wrong with the sales staff, but the lab is terrible. First pair of lenses, 2 hours not 1, didn't pass inspection so I had to wait a week and a half. Progressive lenses are worthless, not clear vision in any aspect. They ordered another set of lenses, another week and a half, equally worthless and the frames were gouged and scraped up. Returned that pair for different frames and single vision lenses. Guess what? After an hour and a half (not 1 hour) I was told that THOSE didn't pass inspection. Getting my money back and going elsewhere.

I brought in my prescription and had free roam of the store to pick frames. Browsing the frames actually took longer than the time it took to fulfill my order. I was given an estimated 30 minutes before my glasses were ready, but within 20 minutes I had them in hand (not to mention the convenient option of receiving a text whenever your order is available for pickup). The staff was kind, helpful, and professional, and the store offers a WIDE selection of designer frames. Highly recommended!!!

When I go into the office the doctors are very efficient, helpful, and nice. However, Lens Crafters is impossible to get in touch with on the phone. They have never picked up the phone when I call the front desk and I have to call multiple times to get a hold of someone. This is after leaving a detailed voicemail with my name and phone number and reason for calling asking them to call me back. Their voice message says they'll call back within 24 hours. They do not call me back and I end up calling 3-5 times trying to get a hold of someone. Their front desk is seriously lacking and their customer service is absolutely terrible.

I was very disappointed with both the optometrist and the glasses. I had Dr. Southby and I felt that he was very condescending and was more concerned about being "on time" than to make sure that my eye exam was done correctly. I will admit that I do have some eye issues but being talked to like I was a little kid and not taking time to make sure the prescription was correct was the first issue. Then I went to get the glasses. I found glasses that I liked and yes, my prescription may be little unusual with prisms, but not horrendous. First of all, it took probably close to an hour for the optician to do all of the paperwork and measuring and he still got it wrong. When I came back to pick up my glasses, the prisms were not made according to the prescription and the measurements were off.....so they had to re-order. I am still waiting. I just called and it could be another week to 10 days before I get them and it has already been a week since they were reordered. Not impressed at all. Will look for a better optometrist and place to buy glasses in the future.

I don't typically complain or write bad reviews, but I am so unimpressed with the Idaho Falls Lens Crafters. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tip to the owners, maybe hire a staff that is friendly and helpful, not rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to answer questions. After trying to transfer my prescription and file from the Salt Lake Lens Crafters, I decided to save myself the headache and time and go to an office that actually wants my business. Its a bummer because the SLC Lens Crafters was awesome.

The person I talked to on the phone was extremely rude and gave me attitude while I was trying to explain myself. Very disappointed in Dr. Adamson. My last pair of contacts ripped and I wasn’t able to order new ones until I had my annual exam. The unfortunate part was that the earliest appointment was three days away and I would have to be without contacts until then because he refused to approve my purchase of new ones. My vision without contacts is quite poor, so now I’m left in a bad situation. His unwillingness to help in such a situation really shows the caliber of medical professional he truly is. I would recommend finding another eye doctor to those who read this. He’s a prime example of a doctor who places his hunger for money above the well being of his patients. Thanks Dr. Adamson.
