Horrible service never go here, they will conti us bringing you back and making you take tests that you dont need, then send some Bill's to collections that you dont even k ow about and never got in the mail. Not to mention waiting around for an hour everytime you goHorrible horrible service

My wife has been using Dr Lavenburg's office since she was a child, and I started seeing Dr. Lavenburg as soon as I moved into the area. I've been examined by Dr. Weinberger, and have received great attention. I love that you're never "rushed through" the process, and the staff and doctors are friendly and personable. We've also always purchased our glasses from their store -- not a "discount" place, but great source of brand name, high-quality stylish frames. Greatly appreciate their staff and how Dr Lavenburg treats his patients.

My first visit to Lavenburg Medical Group was nothing less than exceptional. From the warm reception from Lindsey at the front desk to the stellar attention and care from Dee and Dr. Weinberger, I could not be more pleased or grateful! Everyone was very compassionate, PATIENT and attentive. These women went above and beyond to make certain my questions were answered and I was comfortable. Another lovely person was amazing enough to adjust my old glasses when I mentioned they were not fitting well on my way out! Wow! Impressive and appreciated! Thanks very much, All, and I look forward to seeing you next time. Highly recommend.

Dr. Cohen-Weinberger is with the Douglas J. Lavenburg, M.D., P.A. practice in Newark (and in Elkton, MD). She listened to my issues and addressed each one without seeming rushed. I've been to several other optometrists in the area and my experiences have been just OK, but the level of service I received from her was superior. And as an added plus, she has a great smile and a very welcoming demeanor. Loved her!

I wish I could give more stars!!!! I heard about this facility on the radio when they were running a Lasik special. I called and asked some questions and Lindsey helped me out so much! She made me feel welcomed and confident about setting the appt. I came in and the office is beautiful! Very well clean and organized ! Staff is all super polite , professional and friendly ! LOVED Christine who made me feel so special while I was there! Scheduled my lasik after talking with Dr Lavenburg and his assistant Pam. Who is by far the most kindest, and caring person I've ever met! She spends time with you not making you feel rushed about anything! She gives you her cell # to text and call anytime. She helped me with coupons for my eye prescription and any prep and reminder stuff for the surgery!!! During surgery day everyone helped me with my nerves, Pam even said a prayer with me and I was in and out in 20 min! It's been 3 weeks since surgery and I am so extremely grateful for my vision without glasses or contacts !! I wouldnt have gone anywhere else for this! Even with all the other competition out there! I will become a forever patient with this office and staff !

Requested and took the first morning appointment to avoid the waiting an hour past designated appointment time. Still waited. Got the run around about what the Groupon (that I was given as a gift) actually covers. Never wore glasses, didn't need an exam til now. At the end of over 2 hours of my life & the person's $$ that they paid for the thoughtful Groupon, I know that I have a low prescription for reading glasses. Although they couldn't test me for any serious eye conditions 'cuz that's not included either. Then was told that I would pay at least $300-400 over the "$200 included" for ANY basic eyeglasses (this of course at the END of all my time there). Hmm. That didn't sound right. So I never did get any glasses there. 2 stars because the Dr. did say I could take my script anywhere to get my glasses and that hint of honesty was appreciated.
