I visited Karen Optical for the first time and was very impressed. The same glasses that I couldn’t get repaired at JCPenneys where I purchased them were repaired by Karen Optical within 15 minutes of my arrival. Mark and Morgan were so very helpful, skilled and kind. I am so sorry I didn’t go there in the first place but I will rectify that in the future! Thank you so much Morgan and Mark.

I remember my father telling me years ago how he enjoyed the service at Karen Optical, but I got into the habit of buying frames from my eye doctor, even though the service was not very good. This time I got my lens prescription filled at Karen Optical and I'll always go back. They did a very careful job of putting my new lenses into my existing frames and I couldn't be happier. Don't think you have to buy your frames at your Dr.'s office - take your prescription to Karen Optical!

I got my first pair of glasses at Karen Optical and I'm Extremely pleased with them. They had a wide selection of frames and the sales personnel were knowledgeable and helpful. The glasses were fairly priced too but by fr the best part was that it only took them fifteen minutes to make my lenses and get me my glasses! Even though they're tucked back in the corner in Pike Creek shopping center they're definitely worth stopping in for a visit. Overall i would give my experience a well deserved 5 stars.

Karen Optical has a very thoughtful staff....several times within the last few years I have had problems with my glass and their staff has always goes out of their way to solve my problems....putting darker or lighter tint on my glasses or fixing them when they have broken.....I highly recommend Karen Optical for your glasses......S.Graper

When I went to them they helped me more than any other optical store. My glasses were not repairable, at least that is what 10 other stores told me. I went in today for glass repair and have been a long time customer. My wife and I have never had a bad visit there. We never left unsatisfied . Today I had my frames repaired and a broken spring fixed on a pair of year old glasses free of charge.They are like brand new . P.S.If you don,t go to karen optical you will not be taken CARE OF with the attention of detail. Try it once you will not regret it.... Good Luck else ware.

Great selection with even better customer service. Theyve helped me with regular scripts, safety glasses for work, and prescription sunglasses. They do it all and even helped me fix my glasses when they've broke. Highly recommend them

I was totally impressed with the service and pricing I received when purchasing my new sunglasses. I bought a pair of Maui Jim's that totally exceed my expectations, and Bob was great to work with! They were $50 less than Sunglass Hut and they custom fitted the frames at no charge. I think it's cool that it's a local family run business that's been around since 1970. I'll be back for all my future eyeglass purchases! Thanks Bob!!!

They have a good selection and are very friendly. they are great with kids. My daughter started wearing glasses in kindergarten. The women working here made her feel really special and would call her by name when we walked in. I think she asked to get her glasses adjusted just to have them wait on her.
