What a great concept in buying my shades online. Without the help of go-optic I likely would never have found the frames I was looking for. They truly are the optical superstore when it comes to their selection and pricing to say the least. This is my new go to - go optic.

Lost $400 of 2017 FSA funds. They couldn't have cared less. Purchased online Friday Dec 29th, but order didn't get processed until Tuesday Jan 2nd. I had to cancel order so it wouldn't be charged to 2018 FSA.

I find their prices and customer service to be exceptional compared to most smaller stores. They are def the online optical superstore as they claim. i will probably be renewing my rx here when it comes due.

This company should be sued and shut down. Like so many other reviews, I have ordered over 10 pairs only to be told they are DISCONTINUED. They would only refund my frames, not my lenses which is a token gesture at best. I urge you if you read this to not do business with them. I can't see how they stay in business!

Horrible experience! Waited a week before I found out the order was delayed. No communication at all and this company didn't seem to care about my dissatisfaction with their communication. Don't ignore all the negative reviews. Go to FramesDirect (they price match)!

I recently ordered frames from GoOptic and there is an issue with my order. When entring my address I entered the zip code thinking as with most web sites the zip code usually triggers the proper state in which to send the shipment but I was wrong and my package was delayed and now shipped back to GoOptic. I have been in touch with GoOptic to see how this matter needs to be handled so that I can get my prescription glasses, This is their process, they first are shipping my order to Delaware to be processed as a return from there it will be shipped to California where my order will be processed again and then reshipped to me. I asked if something could be done as they do have the tracking number and as the sender they can reroute my shipment, but was denied they would not do that. I asked if I could cancel my order then reorder the same glasses so they could be shipped to me faster but I was told that if I were to do that that I would incur cancellation fees even though I still want to buy the same order. I was also told if I wanted to expedite this matter I could track my package and inform GoOptic when my package had arrived at there facility ( isn't that their job really?). So I called the manufacturer who was more than pleasant and is going way out of their way to complete my sale. The very nice gentleman I dealt with asked what I was looking for and carefully explained that the glasses I want can be a little tricky if you don not have them sized properly. So he is sending an array of frames for me to choose from in different sizes and in 2 different colors and he is over nighting them with Fedex for no extra charge. This is customer service! I am going to chonicle just how long it takes GoOptic to reship my order to show just how ridiculous their system is. Lets see how long it takes for them to fix a minor problem for their customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

The customer service from their website has really stood out as I have really had some great shopping experiences over the phone. their staff has been great and very patient in answering all my questions about rx frames. I would highly recommend everyone to get their next pair of glasses here as they have a great selection as well.

I found D&G glasses in a local store which would cost $550. I found them on Go Optic and got them with a promo code for less than $250. They arrived today about 3.5 weeks later exactly like I wanted! 5/5 Just know that it may take a little while to come as they order from manufacturer then make the lenses.

I ordered frames with no lenses just to try them on and immediately returned them. They don't offer free return labels so you have to pay for that yourself. Tracking info showed the item was received, but I never was notified about my return processing. Two weeks went by after the return had been delivered and still no notification. I spent the following two weeks repeatedly contacting customer service through the site chat and was always told I would be emailed with further information. Those emails never came. Their customer service on the chat from their website is worthless. I wound up having to call customer service, who told me my return was not even in their system and they would look for it. A few days after the call, I did receive an email notifying me of my return and was refunded shorty after, but with a 15% restocking fee. The site says a restocking fee is "to help cover non-recoverable expenses incurred from processing your order". I don't know what kind of expenses would be incurred from shipping out frames with no lenses, but I'm just glad to be done with this ordeal and this company. In summary: It took me over ONE MONTH of dealing with customer service to get refunded from a return and when I finally got it, I was charged with a 15% restocking fee.

Their site did not work, I asked for a cancellation. They did not cancel as they charged me and claim they did not. Do not go with this company; I am still working on getting my money back. They do not answer their phone that they claim works 24/7, either. I have been unable to reach anyone.

So I have ordered glasses online before and understand that this can be a 2 way street as it is difficult for me to know if the glasses will be perfect or not. The CSR recommended to try on a frame I like at a local store then go online and order it. Great idea as I realized some true savings. Thank yo u so much

Seems like some of these 1 star people are rather entitled and out of their mind. I had a greeat shopping experience with this company and don't see why people are so fed up. Maybe its operator error idk. My glasses arrived w fedex on the day I estimated and the fit of the frames was near perfect.

I've used them twice. They screwed up both orders. Never again. The initial price comes out cheaper than other options but after paying additional shipping and having to have endless discussions about why when they sent me the wrong glasses, and I returned them, and they sent me an identical pair of the wrong glasses, and that was maybe something they should at least have considered an error...wow. Go-Optic is what the phrase you get what you pay for was created to describe.

I share the same story as some previous reviews. Ordered frames to try thinking I would like them. Credit card charged immediately but delivery was a long long time coming. Probably over two weeks. Decided immediately they did not work for me and initiated a return. Mailed them back next day and received Usps notice that they were received. After three weeks of waiting for the refund to appear on credit card, I emailed and demanded refund be processed. It has now been three days and the refund has not hit credit card. BUT, when I looked on go-optic site, I see a refund is in process (finally) but they took a 15% restocking fee. After looking very hard I can now that a fee MIGHT be charged. So, the bottom line here is this: THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND ORDER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. True rating for go-optic should be ZERO STARS

Ordered a pair of Rare Giorgio Armani Flex hinges from here and I was supoer happy once delivered. The price was right, customer seevice was friendly and they shipped as expected - on time. I will probably never go to the mall again to get glasses, thus instead I will be coming here. Great experience and authentic glasses as well. Thank you Go-Optic

was referred to this company site through a friend and am more than please with the price and service provided by their service rep. Was able to call them late on a weekend which is the only real time I have for internet shopping. They were above and beyond what I expected.

I ordered frames to try. The order was 4 days late in arrival. When I called for an RMA to return, I had trouble getting someone to answer the customer service line. It took a few days of calls. After I returned the frames, with tracking, the company never acknowledged the return. I had to call again days after tracking stated the company received my package to question the receipt of my return. After being told I would have to wait for my refund, I waited for my return, and I finally received it, minus a 15% restocking fee which I wasn't aware they had. Had I known about the restocking fee, I would never have taken the chance on trying the frames from this company. I will not purchase from this company again.

I ordered a single pair of frames, no lenses, and after the estimated ship date had passed I called to cancel my order. Found out that they are not a superstore, they just order the frames from elsewhere and charge an up fee to ship to the customer. They also wanted to charge a 10% cancellation fee even though they're taking 3 weeks to ship a pair of frames. Definitely will not order from here again. Buyer beware.

I called ahead of time to verify the order processing and shipping since I figured it would be at least a few days. The frames arrived on time and my overall experience was great. 5 star service to say the least.

I ordered a pair of side shields for my safety glasses at work on February 27th. It is now March 10th and they haven't even been shipped yet! I don't and I do mean "don't" recommend this company as a reliable dealer for anything optical!

ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses, both of which were delayed. got one pair of glasses a month after my order. The second pair as been on back order for 4 months now. Despite calling 6 times to cancel the back ordered pair, and them confirming it was cancelled and I should be getting a refund, i am on the line once again to see what is going on. its been more than 5 months since the initial order. I am horrified by the situation go-optic has left me in. I ordered eyeglasses a week ago. I’ve monitored the progress of the order every day as I am currently without corrective lenses of any kind. My order went through the first stages of being verified and was several days into ‘processing’ when I just happened to visit my account that says the order was cancelled. No notice or alternative route to getting eyeglasses so that I may function at work or generally. I’m just left at the beginning of the same opaque loop as before. I’m just horrified by how delayed the cancellation took as it’s now a week later. It is my advice to stay clear of this website and service. No accountability or transparency.

Placed an order for glasses the website said were in stock on 4/16, and never got an update on shipping. Just logged in on 02/25/19 and my order states that it was "canceled" with no explanation, no email informing me of the cancellation. When I tried calling to find out what was wrong, I got a message that all agents were busy and I could leave a message. Terrible customer service and will not use them again.

Despite all the negative reviews, I had a great experience with my recent purchase. Just got my progressive lens glasses and I love them! The Go-Optic optician spoke with me on the phone to help choose the right lenses, there's an awesome range of frame choices - was looking for Takumi and they had them. I received my glasses a little sooner than expected based on the shipping chart on the website. Price was great, love the glasses, no complaints!

Very bad service! I returned my item and needed to pay for the shipping myself. And surprise! they also charged me an extra a 15% fee of the whole item. For what?? "A restocking fee". I thought that was a mistake because it's was ridiculous. I called them and they told me that it's written on their web site. I tried to find where, but I couldn't. It's almost encrypted. It even took several minutes to find it to the lady, who was kind enough to help me out. I will not buy from them again, such a bad experience.

If you are looking for eyeglasses or sunglasses, I suggest you to look for a more reliable store. When you purchase glasses online and don't try it first, there is a risk of them not fitting as expected. I ordered a pair of Ray-ban sunglasses online and they didn't fit well: they were too big. Of course they didn't have the smallest size available. When I called to make the return, I was informed that I would be charged a 15% re-stocking fee, and that I wouldn't be provided with shipping label for returns. This charges, special the re-stocking fee, is unacceptable. I've never seen it before and I do a lot of shopping and returns online. Very disappointed.
