I was visiting from out of state and my daughter broke her glasses. We went to the office and Dr. Catando and his staff were fantastic!!! They were friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to get new glasses in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend their office.

Easy to make an evening appointment and I was seen on time. The exam was very thorough and Dr. Catando explains everything very well. I have been wearing glasses for almost 60 years so I have had significant experience with both optometrists and ophthalmologists.

This office was so concerned with insurance ID i had to get a supervisor on the phone just to get an appointment. this maybe does not sound that bad in today's world BUT i have been a patient for years and had eye surgery a couple years ago! my eye was in bad shape some kind of infection ,so i needed to see someone. When i walked in i presented the card as my wife is a teacher. the woman said to me their website is down and we cant confirm you have insurance just because you have the card does not mean you have insurance... unreal keep in mind i am a current patient. i wont babble about what that took to get around. I explained i only had one hour and 45 minutes and that i was in pain. of course the response was no problem we will be with you shortly. I walked out of the office unseen 1:45 minutes later .... true story. Different doctors with no respect for your time or a care in the world what is wrong with you. Just wait your turn .. so if you have at least a couple hours for an eye exam and you have current insurance and no websites are down then this is the place for you...JOKE. i will NEVER go back , they hold you captive like some kind of animal.

I don’t understand why we sit and wait over half hr when office isn’t busy, not just for my appt but my family members too, appt was at 3pm and didn’t get Called back till 345, maybe I should start charging for Time

This is the only place that I would get contacts from, they have always been kind, effective and always treat me like family. They do a fantastic job, and yes it does have a very "mom and pop" feel, but I would rather go there than a big corporation that doesn't care about anything but money

Great place. There rarely a wait. I initially brought clients here back in the late 80s and early 90s because they are fabulous with working with people who are not verbal. Then I brought my young children with me for our exams. Their practice continues to be wonderful. The staff are so pleasant and helpful. Their prices are budget friendly and they accept a number of medical vision insurance.

I've been coming here for a few years for eye appointments and contacts, and they've been great. The eye exam is thorough, but quick (if that makes sense), and I've had great experiences with the kind staff. I always enjoy my appointments.

Nice but small selection. I usually don't leave reviews but what I didn't like is that I walked in to look for a pair of RX Suns and the associates at the counter ignored me and didn't ask if I needed assistance. Their sales rep came out and they continued to talk and laugh with them while I was clearly standing at the counter waiting. I was there for about 25 minutes and had to fend for myself, tried to get someone's attention to open up their Rayban case for me. Ended up going elsewhere and receiving great service and a nice pair of suns.
