Kimberly is very helpful with assisting in picking the right frame but rarely seems to be near the optical center. I've gone four times and two of the times waited well over thirty minutes before flagging down a random employee to page her. Not the biggest problem but definitely an inconvenience. She's great at her job its just frustrating to track her down each time.
