Blink Optical is an awesome store if you're looking for sunglasses or optical glasses. Seriously, the selection is SO big, if you can't find something in here good luck finding anything anywhere. Every time I've been to this store it's been such a pleasant experience. In the past my husband was helped by a girl, Tyler and today I was helped by Lisa. Both girls are so sweet and patient as you try on glasses and are super helpful, offering suggestions that you might like. Honestly, I probably won't go shopping for glasses anywhere else in the city. They have really exclusive designers and a huge selection, it's a no brainer.

Bottom Line Upfront: 1.) I am a second-time customer within a one year period. 2.) I drove from Washington DC both occurrences. 3.) They provide me with better care than my Optometrist and their assistants. 4.) They take FSA and HSA. I love these guys! They are professional courteous and understand customer service; actually the chic-fila of customer service. I felt valued as a customer. They are knowledgeable of the brands they provide and are not afraid to give you honest feedback. This past weekend I walked away with four pair of glasses....I really wanted to turn a pair of eyeglasses into transitional shades, with a certain tent while adding my prescription....and they said 5-7 days!!! I couldn't be more excited, I really love this place. As soon as you walk in you are greeted, not hassled and they will allow you to try on as many pair as you desire. I will see these guys again whenever my Kiwi Jacques Marie Mage comes in... Keep running a good business, keep being courteous and keep the positive energy!!!

The customer service at Blink was amazing even though I was from Houston. They amazing frames with good prices. They even accept FSA for purchase. The store was so welcoming and neat. All frames were nicely placed and easy to see. They provided all fittings for frames customers were interested. In particular, a staff member named John had the best customer service provided not just during the purchase but even before my purchase at the store. All details and immediate answer to my inquiry were provided even before I got to the store. My aunt was there for me and she said she had the best experience ever with John and was hooked with Blink. I will call it going beyond ‘call of duty’ because John stayed with me all through from Houston till the end of my transaction at the store. I will recommend it to anyone ten times. I am hook from now on with blink. We need more of John as a staff for every store.

Fabulous shopping experience! Since finding this place, I have traveled to Blink every single summer from DC for glasses. The selection is diverse, the staff (including the owner) are helpful and the prices are surprisingly very affordable. My shopping experience has always been absolutely exceptional. In fact, the very first time I walked into the store, I had no intention of purchasing anything (I simply wanted to window shop) but walked out with two pairs of glasses. No matter how many glasses I tried and no matter how long it took, the staff were patience, warm and helpful the entire time. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for an exclusive or everyday pair of glasses. They have everything!!!! But more importantly, they are kind people.
