I went here to take my prescrption glasses with insurance i had. The lady there don't know anything about how to apply insurance. When I was there they still open for 1 more hour, But she is very hurry about closing times. When My insurance covers for Eye Glasses why would I go for without insurance? In the second visit, some otther lady came and showed how to apply insurance and I got a quote (without Anti Reflection coat - and she said my insurance doesn;t cover it, eventhough it covers)which is double than with out insurance...:O So I checked at other store with same prescription and exactly same frame, I've got it for 1/2 price lesser with anti reflection coat using my insurance. So please go to other store with more knowledged persons if you want for less price

To ask a simple question also they ask you to wait 20mins. Rude and unprofessional. Does not show any care to serve a customer.
