SAVED MY VACATION! Lost my glasses first day of being here in the ocean :( got them my prescription from my doctor and they had lenses in stock and stayed open for us to get there and helped me out! Great frame selections and Very reasonably priced and just over all great place! Bob was a great guy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Chris saved the day and my vacation. My glasses got knocked of by a big wave while I was helping my 4yr daughter out of the water. After having my Dr. Send me my prescription Chris was able to get me seeing again in less then an hour. I highly recommend him. Very helpful and reasonably priced. Lost my glass in the waves first day of vacation. Called and got my fax sent and by th time I got there frames were picked out for me to try and lens ready for them. Took 30 minutes total and I was all set! Went from absolutely panicked to happy and relieved with my new set of glasses. If anyone has this happened to you, you need to come here!

Quality business with EXCELLENT customer service. A member of our family lost her glasses in the ocean on our 1st day of vacation. Her optometrist in PA called in her script. We simply picked out the frames and Chris had new glasses for her within 30 minutes. They even stayed open a little late to ensure our vacation continued with clear vision. If you need any optical needs, this is the place to go!

An Optical Galleria is a fantastic place! When my glasses snapped on vacation, we went there. They found a pair of frames that would fit my still functional lenses in the first five minutes, and an hour later they were cut and I had a fresh pair of glasses! SO EASY, and the guy there was super nice. I cannot recommend this place enough for all optical emergencies!

The Optical Galleria has the most beautiful show room with the newest frames from Costa; great customer service and a friendly shop dog to boot! Stoping in for some fresh frames on your summer get away is a must.

Excellent service, flexible and quick. Did not take insurance but gave us the paperwork to turn in to our insurance. This actually allows him to be more flexible on his rates. Reasonable rates and willing to work with our limited time frame. We were on vacation and needed glasses in an emergency when I lost mine at the beach, in the ocean, no less. I have a very high prescription so finding quick replacement lenses is not easy. Specially at 4:30pm on a weekday! We called around and he was the only one who told us he had a stock of lenses in store and since he cut lenses on site, he would do his best to make sure I had a replacement as soon as possible. Fortunately our optometrist was able to email me a copy of my prescription. We got there an hour before closing and he had a lens close to my number so he cut those to fit the frame I chose as a temporary pair for the night while he ordered my exact prescription lenses overnight. I was out of there with new temp lenses knowing an actual new pair would be ready for me by noon the next day. I would Definetly recommended them!

Lost my glasses from a big wave in the ocean. Called around found out Chris could do same day. Arrived and met Chris not what I expected he seemed like a regular guy not a suit and tie eye Dr like near us. Great guy very personable treated u like a friend not a customer. Got me seeing again and saved me vac. Would never hesitate to refer him to anyone awesome shop and great guy. Ty again Chris I really appreciate it.

This place is amazing. The owner and his son and the receptionist Heather was very nice people. I lost my glasses while on vacation at ocean city and this was the only place that got my prescription and got me new glasses in 20-30 mins. AMAZING. I’ve never been to a place that does that. Chris provided a very prompt, friendly, and professional service when the left lens of my Ray-Ban® popped out on the Boardwalk, while visiting Ocean City. My prescription glasses and sunglasses are very critical for me with my vision. It is a family-owned business so customer care and service were definitely a high priority, at a very reasonable price, for the repair. I would highly recommend Optical Galleria.

My wife and I both had eye exams and ordered new glasses, contacts and prescription sunglasses. They are a boutique small local business that I’m happy to pay the extra cost of doing business with because they are flat out worth it. Extremely thorough and accurate. Incredible customer service throughout the experience. Chris is awesome and their new optometrist, Dr. Alex, is great. We both commented that we felt as though we received the most comprehensive eye exam we’ve ever had. They stand behind the brands they represent and know their business inside and out. The artwork is pretty cool too... it’s especially nice to look at with a fresh set of eyes.

My glasses fell out of my purse and was run over by a vehicle. Surprisingly, the only damage was a bent temple and missing nose guard. I came to An Optical Galleria and for only $5, they were fixed in no time. Thanks so much!

I broke the arm on my prescription glasses and called several local optical businesses to see about repairs. Nobody wanted to talk about repairs but instead wanted me to come in for an eye exam and purchase new frames. I then found Optical Galleria on the internet and gave them a call. Chris said they could do a repair so I drove over. He was able to order the arm for my glasses and put a temporary arm on so I could wear my glasses while waiting for the new arm to arrive. A week later and my glasses were as good as new again. I can’t say enough nice things about Chris, he was a pleasure to work with and very professional. If you need glasses repaired or a new pair, this is the place to go in OC.

We called hoping to get an appointment and were seen the very next day the appointment was quick and we got the glasses within 2 hours of the appointment. Was on vacation in Ocean City. Housekeeping somehow mangled my frames on my eyeglasses. I went here to have them repaired while I waited. Customer service was outstanding and the store itself is something to see. Looks like "Martha Stewart" decorated it. Great eye wear selection including lots of cool sunglasses. If I were a local I would definitely shop here for all my eyeglass needs. Oh yeah and dog friendly! Thank you for a Awsome experience.

Excellent customer service! Came to Ocean City for a vacation and when my fiance lost his glasses we thought we were doomed, as he cant see much without them. They didn't have his lenses in store, but were happy to offer a close replacement for the day while we got the correct lenses overnighted. My fiance even loves these glasses more than his old ones. Hopefully we won't have another mistake like this next time we're in town, but if we do, this will be our first choice. We are so thankful for you!
