One of the employees tried to adjust my grandson's glasses and broke the frame. Said sorry and gave them back with out replacing them. She said they were a spare one and nothing she could do. Very unprofessional work ethic.

Ordered my glasses July 19th and still no glasses. I called today, eleven weeks later and was told a machine was down, when they get it fixed my glasses will be here in two weeks. I'm getting my deposit back tomorrow!

I have always come back to accurate because of their prices and better team compared to other local places. My suggestion would be to ask to deal with the girl you like in there. Most of them are anazing...recently there was one that was less than. But that may be because the contrast is so strong. Usually I get awesome service. Keep up the wonderful work Laurel gals !

It took 4 weeks just to get an eye exam appointment here. On April 16 (2018) I had finally my exam and ordered/paid for my non-designer glasses which cost in excess of $800, and was told it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery because their lab was "getting slammed" . Four weeks later (May 14) I had heard nothing so I called to find out where my glasses were. I was told "should be in" sometime next week. That would be SIX weeks, and that is not for sure! Rest assured I will never deal with Accurate Optical again.

Went here a few years ago and got my childrens' eyes examed. Was told my youngest had astigmatism and needed glasses. His glasses were done in a week, yet we called every week for 4 weeks and his glasses were there, but in the wrong spot so they could not find them. We went somewhere else the following year and was told my son didn't need glasses after all. He sees fine in school and at home and hasn't complained about not being able to see. I would not recommend them to anyone.
