Wonderful experience with the Ocean City, MD location!!! My kids were low on contacts so Barbara expedited the shipment and it arrived in two days! The staff was attentive to my needs and I couldn't be happier with Accurate Optical. We will continue to give them our business for many years to come!

First of all will never go to accurate optical again went to the one in Saulsberry on June of this year ordered glasses it is now September still no glasses and Ocean City accurate optical will not answer the phone in a month and a half I’ve gotten two answers from the place been calling almost every day four and five times a day and nobody answers no other number to call.

I will never do business with this company. Customer service rude. When I ask about my glasses they told me that they just got a shipment and have not gotten to it. Meanwhile still waiting. I will be sure if anyone asks me about where to get glasses it will not be this place.

This was the most rediculous eye doctor experience I've ever had. The doctor was very rude. When they do "1 or 2" and you can't tell the difference so you ask to do it again (like everyone else) he snapped at me and said "as soon as I switch it say 1 or 2" with an attitude. One of his assistants was a complete b****. No matter what I told them about how my contacts weren't clear enough even after wearing them as a trial for a day, they completely ignored me and finalized the order with the wrong prescription. By the way, it has been 3 months and the prescription still is not in. Never coming back here

ABSOLUTELY AFWUL THE DAY I WENT THERE ME AND MY HUSBAND WAITED ABOUT HR AND A HALF AFTER ARE APPOINTMENT TIME TO BE SEEN...THEN THEY FINALLY TOOK ME IN THE BACK AND DID THE EXAM AND THEN SENT ME BACK OUT IN THE WAITING AREA AND TOOK ANOTHER PERSON BACK AND I HAD TO WAIT FOR THEM TO GET DONE B4 THEY DILATED ME.. ALL AROUND WE WHERE THERE ABOUT 3 OR 4HRS. IT'S NOW BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND WE STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN ARE GLASSES AND WE CALLED 3DAYS IN A ROW TO FINDOUT WHATS GOING ON AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL CALL AND FIND OUT AND CALL US BACK AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL.. THEY SAID WE CAN PICK UP ARE PRESCRIPTION AND TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE IF WE DON'T WANNA WAIT AWFUL AWFUL PEOPLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! I WILL NEVER GO OR RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE. ALSO THE PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS. .

My wife & I booked appointments 15 minutes apart, but at one point of our exams, the Doctor took in another patient between my wife and I. We also have insurance, but were charged $25.00 each for a field of vision test that we were not informed about prior to the unnecessary test. The Doctor insisted on dilating my wife and my eye's, which we were not prepared for. When we left the office I had trouble seeing driving home with sun glasses on since my eyes were still dilated. At Berlin Optical which isn't in my insurance plan, always said to have someone drive you on the day if your having your eye's dilated. Their prices for glasses are very high. My wife's reading glasses were quoted at over $300.00. My quote for progressive lens was $275.00 plus $89.00 for the least expensive lens. I won't be back!
