My eyeglasses needed repair .I went to optical options to have them repaired. A woman came out and looked at them and without a greeting said “did you buy them here” . I had not bought the glasses there But had purchased other glasses there before , She looked at them and said if I Hadnt bought them there she couldn’t help me . I told her I was going to pay for the repair.the saleswoman said that IF they could fix them and if they were fixed by them, they could not guarantee if the glasses broke ,So downright rude.Funny enough Greenwich optics fixed them while I waited and never charged me a cent.Very nice guy there!

Do not go into this store. They put on the classic salesman face and they are kind and helpful just like they should be but they are extremely rude and distespectful. I went in to find a pair of glasses and after leaving I went back to find the model number on the pair of glasses I liked and they said it was against store policy, really, against store policy or do you want to retain my business more than you want to help a customer out. My friend went in after to ask again for me and she was yelled at and treated with the utmost disrespect. The manager said that people like us are ruining the economy because we shop around for the best deal and take advantage of businesses like them. Another friend of mine went in that same day to find the frame and asked for the model number and they gave it to her. Clearly these people do not have any respect for their customers and my advice would be to go somewhere else where respect is in their store policy.

Optical Options#Best#Amazing! Went in today to pick out frames. It was quick and painless! Everyone was helpful and in such good spirit it was infectious. I wanted anti-glare and was told it was not a good idea due to my job. The honesty was greatly appreciated and saved us $60. Will recommend friends and family to Optical Options and plan to come back next year!

The worst experience ever buying glasses that resulted in me having to file a police report. I was referred here by friends that work at other Optical places because this place supposedly had the best selection of glasses that would be covered by my insurance. I picked out a pair and returned 2 weeks later to pick them up. When I went to pick them up I was just handed the glasses& told to have a nice day. I then asked the man behind the counter if they could make some adjustments since he did not offer. They seemed ok at the time but it was not till after I got home& removed my contacts to wear for the evening that I realized that they were completely crooked and mis-aligned BADLY. I took the pair to a friend at another place& asked her to adjust them since they did not do such a good job.She said they were "bowed" out from poor manufacturing because the lens were too big for the frames. I returned to the store&the same man was behind the counter& he tried to make more adjustments that still did not correct the issue. Joesph Colini a Licensed Optician then came to the front& pompously told me all about how he had multiple college degrees& has been doing this for 10 years& has served over 50K customer's&was ready to help out by making some more adjustments. I continued to still tell him that the glasses looked crooked& felt misaligned& that the problem was with the manufacturing not with the adjustments and no adjustment was going to fix this issue. He then proceeded to tell me again about his expertise& how he felt that the glasses looked straight. He than asked me if I suffered from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I asked him why and he said "oh because often people with OCD will see and hear things that other people don't see". I was absolutely beside myself. He then offered to give me another pair of glasses& a complementary clear coating. I told him that I really did not want to pick out another pair of glasses because I had already picked out a pair of glasses that I liked& if the pair of glasses that I had originally picked out we're not compatible with the lenses that I needed then they should have said something in the first place. He then asked who had helped me when I was in originally in &I said the man&lady at the front counter. He then proceeded to tell me that the man at the front counter had autism&asked me if I knew what autism was. I replied yes. Then he asked me "what are the signs of autism?". I looked at him like he was crazy for asking me that& told him that I did not want to do business with him anymore&that I would like a refund for the clear coating& for my insurance carrier to be refunded their money as well so I could go get a pair elsewhere. He than like a child walked away& slammed his office door&told me I was not allowed to have a refund. I then made a call to file a police report so I could have something in writing for my insurance company plus he was disclosing personal medical information about an Employee which I feel violated this mans EOCC rights whether he is autistic or not. He then informed me that it was 6 p.m.& that they closed at 6 p.m.& that I was now trespassing. I told him that I had called the police at 5:55 p.m. before they closed&I was going to sit there&wait for them. Once the police showed up,he changed his entire story& told them that I came in there yelling& screaming profanities at him, which is not true. They have video cameras in there too so I can prove his story un-true. All I wanted was a pair of properly fitting eye glasses. I thought that I was treated very poorly& in an in-professional manner by Joseph & I also feel that his employee was violated by having his personal medical health discussed with a customer. I ended up leaving with a check for my clear coating. When I then asked about a refund for my insurance company he said that I was now trying to commit insurance fraud and that it was a felony. This man is the most Bi-Polar, condescending, pompous person I have ever met. The nice selection of cheap glasses is not worth it. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I've been using Optical Options for 5 years or more. I've had experience with each & every salesperson there during that time, as well as the optical technician & optometrist. To date, I've NEVER been treated with anything but the utmost in respect, courtesy & professionalism. I've purchased glasses there, had them repaired & even had them repair glasses that were NOT bought there. Of course, if they're asked to repair glasses that they don't sell or repair regularly, exactly how COULD they guarantee they won't break again? But, if after telling you of that risk you still want them to try to fix them — they will do so, with expertise & courtesy. Minor repairs or adjustments are often done free of charge … because that's the type of establishment they operate. I will continue using Optical Options for as long as they are in business & convenient to get to. Kudos t often owners & staff!

This is a multicultural business that has a nice Caribbean black guy, a friendly Asian lady and a very kind White guy. Very nice people and awesome service! After getting my new glasses I realized that I did NOT GET WHAT MY SCRIPT had been written out as. So I call and I was told my insurance didn't cover transitional lenses nor did my insurance cover on-line bifocals. Well I called my insurance company and I was told that there is a process of just filling out a paper to have my insurance company cover my new script. I call Optical Options back and spoke to a rude woman by the name of Ronda...I tried to expand what my insurance company said and she just got even ruder. I said I will have my insurance company called her and that did as I stayed on the line she refused to take care of the problem... So if you have Care Source and you have a Dr requesting a certain type of lense for you DO NOT GO THERE. THE WILL NOT MAKE AN EFFORT TO GET WHAT YOU NEED!! THERE P.R. SUCKS AND THERE EFFORT TO HELP YOU DOES ALSO!!!

They helped me pick out frames that are the right one for me on free ones and $25 and the highest is $60 they even have brands like Skechers and converse and so many more but I prefer it for children if I were u I would totally recommend to go there it takes about two weeks to get your glasses back but it's worth it I got mine for $25 so many good frames
