They are pricey, but they are immensely helpful and friendly. I went in with a broken pair of glasses looking to see what they could do for me, they were quick to try to help me solve the issue, and I walked out of there extremely happy with the outcome. Definitely going back, and definitely recommend.

Employees are nice but the product is really expensive, even with insurance. Costco might be a better option unless you need something specific

The staff are very professional and friendly. I received a very thorough exam and the Doctor made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Maggie helped walk me through the frame selection and was patient and helpful in finding the right pair for me. The overall experience was very positive. I highly recommend this location.

I'm upset with this business. On making the appt, they knew I was covered by VSP and they were going to confirm coverage and call me if there were any issues/cost for the prescription. Then, suprisingly I had to pay $98 for the exam/prescription, which I've never had to pay before. Turns out they are Out of Network to VSP and therefore this cost isn't reimbursable. The office was misleading and I paid the price. My family of 7 won't be using this shop for optometry. Disappointing.

7/2016 - Came in with a friend who had some small “foreign” object stuck in his eye. We were welcomed put right on an appointment, had to wait a while, understandably, Dr. Ohlig came out applied some numbing solution, to make my buddy slightly more comfortable during the wait time. She finally saw him wash the monster out and he was back to normal. Dr. Ohlig and staff, thank you guys so much. Would blindly go there again!!! Well one of us did!

THIEVES...!!! JUST A RIP OFF..!!! Did not bother to warn me to have somebody taking me home as a guide after my Glaucoma test When I went back for the blue blockers I payed an extra $200 when I asked why they did not offer this the first time the manager said they didn't have this ... I payed the price and all I asked for was just to keep my glasses in the case so they wouldn't get cracked Not only they did not respect my request they lost the nice hard case... I had to call them every week and what they would just say was "We just put it in the mail" Long story short I finally received a eyeglass case just for my bobby pins... I EMAILED them requesting that the Owner Contact me and for them to send me my Invoices and I just got ignored

Just got a pair of Lindberg glasses from these people and am very happy with them. The Optometrist gave me a really thorough eyetest and I liked the way he explained everything. Recently had my glasses fixed at My Eye Shoppe and would highly recommend them.

She was so patient with my mom who could not make up her mind about her frame, not to mention the prices were so much better than what we had been quoted at other big name stores.
