I got a pair of progressive lenses. Was told I had 30 days to decide if they were right for me. I didn’t like them. I needed to take them off to read and walk down the stairs- same thing I had to do with my old glasses. Anyway, went in twice on two Saturday mornings within the 30 day time frame and each time was told I wasn’t trying hard enough to like them. The woman actually told me it was because of the 30 day time frame that I wasn’t allowing myself to get use to them. They obviously did not want to honor their guarantee. So I’m still wearing my old glasses and the progressive lense glasses sit unworn. What a waste of money.
