I came in because this store carried a brand of frames I was looking for (only 1 of 2 dealers in the state). I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and also pretty patient, as I’m pretty picky and took a while to make up my mind. Frames are a bit on the higher end, which should not be surprising for the location. I’d recommend.

Exceptional service in a world where it is disappearing. Bought a very nice pair of glasses (great and unique selection in their store) with progressive lenses (getting old!). Did not use the new glasses for ALMOST A YEAR but when I did they "hurt" my eyes. Went back and they were absolutely considerate of MY mistake, worked with me to make sure I was happy and offered to remake them if necessary. All of this almost a year after I bought them. I own a service company and know how hard it is to take care of people, This store is great. Karl and John were amazing. Quality products and great service. Hard to beat that. Well worth the visit and will surely go back.

I spent 10-15 minutes browsing your store. It's not big and there must have been five people working. Not one employee was capable of saying "hello" or "we'll be right with you." Other customers came in the store and we're helped immediately. Not me. I even found a pair of glasses I liked but I couldn't buy them because nobody would help me. Thanks for nothing and no sale. Seriously disappointed.
