AWFUL!!!! 1._ I came in and NOBODY greet me. There were 3 people. 2 white guys and 1 African American girl. At that time there were no customers. 2._ I was looking and nobody came to me or ask me if I needed some help. At that time I've been inside the store for 15 minutes and nothing. 3._ Every customer that came in were greeted helping there and to me nothing. 4._ I grab a tshirt and a cleaning bag for the sunglasses. I saw some shorts and when I try to ask about the size for a pair I like, I try to ask to one of the guys and he was snoody and nose up in the air. He told me "if you don't see the size you looking for we don't have them". 5._ I ended buying 2 pairs of shorts plus the bag and the tshirt. I spent $ 50.00 6._ I felt like spending some money because I love their products. I was going to buy another pair of sunglasses, but at that point I've been there for 25 minutes and I was really mad! 7._ When I was paying I told the guy that they were really rude and didn't try to help me. He said sorry. His name was Alexander. So, you can take the chance. I'm not going back to that store. Or they change the personnel.

This store is great of you're an Oakley fan. I appreciate sales associates who don't hover and are not pushy. I have never found that worth Oakley. It was not until shopping here that I found out that if you bring in your old/broken Oakleys you can get 25% off of a new pair. I have gotten great deals on promos for lenses here as well. The staff is helpful and friendly. I am very happy with my experiences shopping here and all of my purchases.

Always been a Oakley fan of their sunglasses and had a broken nose piece and did not know where to get them fixed. I was checking for a replacement and to my surprise I showed Jeremy and he looked at my defective nose piece and started to fix them without even asking. Customer Service here is impeccable. We where greeted automatically by a sales rep.. but he walked away from us so we ended up wondering around the store until we found what he was looking for. We ended up buying. Two pair of sunglasses for a decent deal. Something that bothered us is there was a female who was complaining about the fact she could not wear short to work.. Anyways it was just stuff we really did not want to hear. Overall we just felt it was unprofessional. The store was cleaned and they did have a ton of employees on the floor to help.

Super friendly staff, always ready to help. I made a couple of visits just to see a few sunglasses, staff was always helpful in showing what they had. Ended up buying Flak 2.0 with daily prizm polarised glasses. The next day felt I liked the Jade more, went in to exchange but the model was not available. To avoid hassle I requested store to get me the pairs I wanted and they ended up calling all stores in and around Denver but still the model was not available. They finally ordered one online for me and got the delivery as expected. Awesome service, will definitely recommend.

Overall I was pleased with the service AND the great sale they had (which was ending that day). I will be back to purchase more. I had a pair of goggles to return because I never ended up using them on my trip. They didn't even come out of the box. When I returned them the guy cleaned the goggles (which he didn't even do when I bought them) and then yelled at me that he can't return them because of all of the scratches.I explained to him that I never took them out of the box. He said I was lying and that he sold me the goggles and never would have sold them to me that way. They were on sale and he did sell them that way. Had he cleaned them the same way he did when I was returning them he would have known that. He continued to yell and say that it'd have to be discussed with a manager. After all of his yelling and assumptions he processed the return. I was so taken back by the experience that I was speechless. I will NEVER shop at this store again.

Bought a pair of boots on tuesday that didnt fit (my fault) went back to the store to return them and see if they could get in a size 12, the kid at the store said they would over night a pair and they would be today (thursday 6/30) i call the store to see if they have arrived yet and they have not now they are telling to me to call back in 2-3 days. No one is willing to help out and figure out whats going on. I dont think it takes a week to over night pair of boots from Oregon. I am done doing business with oakley.

I’ve had a pair of broken “holbrooks” for about 4 months now. I tried calling customer service and they keep telling me they will send me a new frame. They have not. I decided to take them to my nearest Oakley store to see if they could help me. The solution was as easy as me walking into the Colorado mills store and explaining my problem.
