I had a fantastic experience at this store on 5-4-19. I have a hard-to-fit face when it comes to eye wear, and Jesse was AMAZING to work with! Jesse had me try on several frames to get a feel for what looked good on me, then pulled literally dozens of frames that he felt may look good. Together, we found three different styles of frames that look great on me, and I will be buying them all! If you are anywhere near Des Moines, and needing some Oakley eye wear, this store is absolutely the place you should go!

Just wanted to post and make sure you know the location is wrong in Google maps as of right now. The pin will lead you to Taco Bell. Don't fret, the store is just inside the mall. Park in front of the Container Store and it's straight inside. Also the store is excellent. They carry almost everything Oakley makes and the sales guys are THE BEST to work with. Don't be shy.

I did an exchange and got a 40 dollar credit when I brought in a pair of old sunglasses for a new pair of Jupiter's. Got a new pair a couple days ago for my birthday, so I went to return the new jupiters for a refund. I got my refund for the glasses just now, but the cashier was rude when I asked about the 40 dollar credit. When I asked if I could get a coupon for the old glasses I exchanged (which i knew I wasn't getting back anyways) she acted like i was nuts, basically. When i asked if this was on the exchange policy, she didnt have a good response and went around the question and said there was nothing they could do, rather than offer any sort of solution at all or sympathy. Didn't feel like starting an argument so I left. It wasnt good cutomer service and it could have gone a lot better. I come up there all the time whenever I need a new pair of sunglasses, but I Won't be coming back for a while.

Good experience! They say they'll give you so much off if you trade in your old glasses,which they do. After I did the math, my old oakleys were worth more than $8 to me so I kept them. Honestly I been to this store twice and bought the radars ev path and I got both pairs custom and I wasn’t pleased with them at all. The rubber on the sides would always slide off and the lens would nevermind be adjusted right. I don’t think I’ll buy anymore Oakley’s. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Wish I could rate zero stars. I am a supervisor in a customer service field and I have to say, the customer service here is complete garbage. I went in to try and return a pair of glasses that, no lie, hurt my head right by my ears. The manager Jeremy, was very smugg...pulled out a cleaning cloth and proceeded to clean the glasses. Then he looks at them and says there's a scratch and he can't take them back. Well first off, there wasn't a single scratch on them prior to me walking in the store, but after he "cleaned" them, a scratch appears, which was barely even noticeable. I was visibly upset and he could have cared less. Basically, it is what it is and he won't do anything. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Needless to say, I have a $243 pair of glasses that I can't wear because they make my head hurt.

In-store customization is fantastic! I bought sunglasses three weeks ago and found that the Ruby Prizm tint, which seemed cool in the store, didn't work for me when driving. I didn't like any of the other catalog options for the frames I liked, so I went back to the store thinking I would return the sunglasses and order a custom set online. I was surprised that the store was also able to customize them, but they were ready, willing, and eager. They showed various lens options, icons, etc, and then assembled the custom order right there as I watched. Unlike online orders, the in-store customs are fully returnable. They massively exceeded my expectations.

I unknowingly stumbled upon this Oakley Store while walking around in Crabtree Valley Mall. Today was my first time in this mall. I asked the guy that helped me about getting new ear socks for my 24K X Metal XX. He told me they didn't stock X Metal XX Ear Socks, but the Juliet Ear Socks would work. He wasn't sure about the Nose pieces. It blew my mind that he removed my old ones and installed them right there in front of me. I thanked him several times and we chit chatted about Oakley this and that. If you're looking for anything Oakley and just about everything they have in the catalog, this is an awesome store to shop in! Glasses galore too.

DO NOT ORDER FROM OAKLEY I’m very disappointed in my Oakley experience. Oakley’s have always been THE brand and “the cool glasses” to own! My boyfriend wanted some for his birthday so we sat down to order them. He decided he wanted to customize them. Before we ordered, he was hesitant because he didn’t know if he’d like them. I saw the “Free Shipping on all returns $100+ and Free Returns”. So I said, it’s all good! If they get here and you don’t like them, we will return them and get a different pair. He agreed and i ordered a $213 pair. Days later they came in. ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS. The prism lenses were see through. It looked like a pair of clear safety goggles except they were orange. The frames looked so cheap. So, immediately, I followed the steps in MY order confirmation email about “setting up a return”. The next day I reviewed a response that there are NO RETURNS on custom orders!! After looking on the entire website, I FINALLY found where it says it. Under the submenu “repairs and returns”. However, when ordering and seeing the ‘Free returns’, WHY would I scroll to a submenu? OAKLEY CUSTOMER SERVICE is an absolute JOKE. I’ve been on the phone with them all morning (hanging up and recalling because each person I talked to was rude). She tried to tell me that I checked a box agreeing that I couldn’t return them before I paid for them. NOT TRUE. I even built another custom pair while on the phone with them to PROVE that was NEVER clarified. Needless to say, I have a $213 pair of sunglasses that look like they came from Walmart and no chance of a return or exchange. I will NEVER give money to this poorly designed and organized company again.

I have been trying to get two replacement temples for my sunglasses (thru the dealer and directly from Oakley) for two months and there is no remedy in sight. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but I was really surprised at the service I received. I have shopped at Easton store in past and had always had good experiences. Unfortunately this time service was rude. No one available in store waited five minutes before she came from back to even acknowledge I was in store. I love Oakley’s line and will continue shopping but only at Polaris location where manager there is friendly and professional.

Bought a pair of Oakley's with a price tag of 200+ they didn't last a year the handle just snapped of and wherever i bend back they snap off again, according to the shop that's not under warranty and can't repair, so that's the last time i pay this much for something that can't last a year.

I went to the Oakley store prepared to splurge on some custom sunglasses on July 22 or 23 at 6pm. The employee was texting or emailing on his phone and stayed hiding behind a large column. I approached and he pointed me to a display case. After picking out a pair I had to find the same guy who was now hiding behind the other large column doing the same. He told me that the glasses I wanted were a custom order, then walked away. So at that point I gave up. Either you cannot purchase a custom a pair of glasses in store or this sales person just could not be bothered. Never again.

Do not buy Oakley!!! Just found out that since 2007, they do not warranty their frames for manufacturing defects. All they do is take your defective pair and give you a percentage (25-50%) off the purchase of a new pair. What a ripoff. I had my half jacket frames for less than a year and now the lenses fall out because the frame is loose. Junk and they don’t stand by them.

I recently purchased new prescription glasses from Oakley King of Prussia and the whole process could not have bean easier! Brennon helped me throughout the entire purchases process and cannot thank him enough for his help and expertise. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He explained all of the lense options and ensured I was choosing the best frames and lenses as well as making sure I was getting the best deal. They do accept EyeMed which certainly made the purchase affordable. Amazingly I ordered glasses on Saturday and they were ready for pickup by Thursday! Thank you again to Oakley KoP and Brennon!

BEST customer service, bought oakley's 4 months ago FROM sunglass hut, they fell apart. Came back to sunglass hut and they 1 refused to reprint my recipt for me, 2 "could not repair them, 3 just offered half off a new pair" even though they admitted it was manufacturing defect. So I took a picture of the screen showing I purchased 4 months ago with the SKU (which they refused to reprint) and headed to oakley.. The manager ar Oakley said that is TOTAL b.s. and immediately replaced my sunglasses.. bought approx 8 pairs from sunglass hut in the last year.. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN!! Today I went to find glasses because I'm losing my vision and I didnt even know they filled prescriptions. I have been an Oakley customer for 15 years now and I couldnt believe it. When I walked in 3 sales associate where helping one customer. All other customers we being ignored. They were also blocked the self, and i could not get to the selection I wanted. After I finally got to the self and there attention, I showed them the same pair of glass I wanted online on there website which was 30 dollars cheaper. Sales associate told me those were military prices and that they would do anything to match it. When I got home I ordered them on line for cheaper and there was no military pricing BS. He also knew nothing about lenses except for what they didn't have. Didn't take the iniative to look at inventory, show us any other styles or call other stores. Went to this store to buy replacement lenses and get my lens cleaning solution bottle refilled. Store was practically empty yet I walked by several employees without being greeted, and had to get the attention of an associate who was stood behind the counter daydreaming. I proceeded to ask the associate for a refill, but he got his manager who told me they were out and to try sunglass hut. Pretty sure I saw some solution on the inside of the counter from where as I was standing, but I had no intention of fussing over solution I was “guaranteed free refills for life.” I walked out without making any purchases. As a former employee, we always urged customers to never use cleaning solution besides the one sold by Oakley. Aside from the solution, I know Oakley has higher standards for customer service and hope they re-evaluate this store.

Oakley at Fashion Show in Las Vegas has a great selection of sunglasses, backpacks and apparel. Their in store staff are very nice and helpful. Oakley designs great sunglasses. I have worn a pair of their glasses for many years. My work team wears their glasses in pretty much every kind of harsh environment imaginable (the glasses are often in better condition than I am at the end of the day). They only lose one star due to their high eyewear prices; they have priced me out of buying them for my personal everyday use. I visited on black Friday and attempted to buy a pair of glasses. Something went sideways with their special order system, so after waiting for a while, we were asked to come back in a hour and they would have everything worked out. An hour later, I was told they just couldn't process my order. No rain check, no suggestion of a solution, just "well, I guess you just can't buy that product". Apparently Oakley products can't be back-ordered either, or so I was told. Pretty poor service, although the staff was friendly.

I went into the Oakley Store here at Overland Park at Oak Park Mall requesting repairs of my Oakley wire frame lens. The clerk greeted me and I told her what I needed. I have not been able to find replacement lenses for my sunglasses online, so I went to Oakley's web site which says: "Your local Oakley Store offers In-Store Warranty and Repair Services. If additional service is needed or repair parts are unavailable, we will ship your eyewear to the Oakley Warranty Team on your behalf." I asked the clerk if she could do this, she said no. I explained to her the above information I found online, but she continued to tell me that the store did not do repairs or send eyewear for repairs. She finally called the manager and he said, "Yes, we can send it off for repairs, but it would be faster for you to send it in yourself. We just serve as a middle man and you are just going to get them returned to you." This lack of service or helping someone when it is put forward online as a simple task to just go into the store and request a repair or warranty work is just shocking. It is like they really don't really want to service their products. I bet if I was in there to purchase their glasses they would be bending over backward to help me out, but if I want something worked on ... guess that is another question. I have had problems with Oakley service on-line in the past. It is a wonder this company is still in existence. I strongly recommend if you want a pair of sunglasses....go elsewhere!!! Get a pair of Rayban or Maui Jim!! If you have something happen to your Oalkey's, your probably outta luck getting them fixed unless you want to deal with the online service. By the way, I contacted their online service and now I have to wait up to 7 business days for them to reply whether or not they will accept the repair! GIVE ME A BREAK!

The manager of the lower store has horrible customer service skills. I went in with issues to my backback I had purchased and she was extremely defensive and had a "bitchy" attitude from the moment I walked in. My bag tore at the bottom after a few months of use. She would not take a return, or assist me in contacting Oakley for a possible remedy. Instead I was confronted with a snide attitude and zero assistance. Love my glasses and the prizim lenses, my turbine frames have rubber on the edges that is disinagrating and falling appart, it is a factory defect. I've sent two emails to Oakley they clearly don't care, so I will be getting a different brand of sunglasses for my next pair I payed almost $200 for them seems like they would last more than 2 years, I've had Kmart sunglasses $10 that lasted 10years, there is no way to leave a review for Oakley so I guess the Novi store is the only way to let people know Oakley doesn't care about it's customers. Mostly good sales people willing to help you but my last experience was very poor. I was looking for a very specific pair of glasses that are somewhat hard to find. I called the store first, confirmed they had a pair in stock, and 45 minutes later at the store was told they didn't have it. I showed the salesperson a picture on my phone and they claimed that one model was actually another and I was confused. They also told me "they don't make that model anymore". Sometimes the customer isn't always right but that wasn't the case here. I found another authorized dealer in the Chantilly area and they had the pair I was looking for and were willing to hold it for a few days until I was able to show up and purchase. I would give them five stars initially and a negative for the last experience.

I was here maybe 2-3 months ago. I'm in the service and was aware of the Oakley SI, so naturally I didn't want to buy a pair of shades in store. I was there for about 30 minutes trying on and checking out what looks best on me. When I was done, I took a picture of the name of the sunglasses I wanted, and later ordered them from Oakley SI. I'm not here to talk about my sunglasses, I'm here to give a shout out to Ryan and Mikey. They were extremely patient and very helpful with trying to find a pair of shades that looked best. OK, Oakley is one of my favorite products of which I am very picky on sunglasses. They are a "need" for me not solely a "want". That being said I go to the store and not online because in the past I have had service here only rivaled by a 5 star hotel... HOWEVER this trip was more like a visit to Bill and Teds Excellent Adventure. I did purchase a $200 pair but from now on I will go online. Unfortunately this store is very disappointing and shows why we just shop online instead of dealing with people.

I went into the store to have the ear socks on my Flak Jackets replaced. For starters they were cheaper then they're available for on Amazon! While installing the ear sock, the frames were damaged. I did not notice this until after I had left the store. When I went back they replaced the frame with no questions asked. I was in the store for less than five minutes for them to fix my frames. They made it right!

Today I'd decided to drive a little over 50 miles to visit this Oakley Store. I walked in and was greeted with a pleasant welcoming. I'd been looking for a specific style Oakley's to do a price match with their competitors Sunglasses Hut. Almost immediately I was directed into what category I'd been looking for. The members on Staff, Matt & Geet were very erudite and preformed excellent with my selective search. The price was even better than their competitors at this mall. Love my glasses, but I have to say I'm truly disappointed with the staff at store. Didn't provide me with any advice. Really unhelpful, and disrespectful. I had to wipe his fingerprints off my glasses before I could put them on.

Tony at Waikiki Oakley store is about as great as customer service, with the Japanese girl, who gave my golden retriever Brandy 2 loving affection while Tony, the tall good looking young man helped me, as I was late to the Ala moana Oakley store 019, luckily WAIKIKI was open until 10:30 pm and thought 10 pm was actual closing, as we ran across the 2 streets from the post office. If Tony gets to see this, I don't think that Tony could be any better, as he did a whole lot for me or us. Customers Service and Ettiquetre is what he's about....

I purchased a pair of "Oaks" 2 years ago and love them. However, over time the bows started rubbing the inside of the lenses when in the case. When I finally noticed it was too late! Big wear marks! I figured I have to shell out more $$$ for new lenses but the manager (same one I bought the original pair from) took one look at them and swapped them for a new pair! Needless to say, I was thrilled! I am an Oakley fan for life! Well done sir!!!

staff is not friendly at all. Eric and Desiree are the RUDEST employees there. My questions were not answered and they made me feel like I was a burden. I will stick with ordering online.
