We really enjoy doing business with In-Sight Optical. They are local, they are close and they are very reasonable. They have a great selection of frames, lenses and sun glasses. I've tried the "discount" stores and the online stores but we love the attention and assistance we get from them. Not only do they do a super job, they adjust your glasses for free. We really appreciate all the service and expertise they provide. In my line of work, customer service is our top priority and it is no different with them. We recommend In-Sight Optical to all of our near and far sighted friends!

Fast courteous service to repair my frames. Except for $117 I expect the new bridge to be straight and not miss alligned. I will be returning my frames to be done properly. In two visits to this optical shop I never saw anyone but assistants. **I amended my rating to be fair. Dave called me and offered to look at my frames, however I think I will just return them to where I bought them because they were guaranteed for life. I am out of town and my frames were broken during travel, I appreciate getting them fixed quick locally!

I chose In-Sight because of the location, and am extremely happy with the service I received! They got me in as a brand new patient within 24 hours for the exam. They had a great selection of frames to choose from and they took care of everything with my insurance. I received my new sunglasses in a very short time (one week), and they made sure they fit before I walked out! LOVE my new sunglasses! Excellent Experience! I highly recommend!!!

I've had the displeasure of working with Dave. He ordered products for me when I had called to ask what the price would be. Now I'm out my contact benefits for the year and have literally nothing from them. I told Dave to cancel my order and I would come in to pick up a written prescription so I could buy my contacts elsewhere. He told me it was too late and hung up on me. Oh, and I was overcharged for my exam too. I will amend my review if they would like to come to a resolution.

I had an appointment at another store after calling around and happened to walk by In Sight the same day. I went in to ask about the cost of their exam and it was half of the other place. Dave was awesome, said he could get me in the next day (other place was 9 days earliest), I filled out a brief form, he gave me a preliminary exam right then and talked to me about lens cost and frames. Went back the next day, Brandi was super nice and the whole process was great. Got the new glasses today, four days earlier than quoted, and love them. Plan to go back for sunglasses soon. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks, guys!

So grateful they were open on a Saturday morning. While we were traveling for Labor Day weekend, my son's glasses broke and he wasn't able to see. We were able to get a fix to get us through our vacation. So happy to be able to get help.

Good service, quick but also caring. If you are short on time and need a new script but don't have any vision problems (other than needing glasses) these guys are great. Great selection of frames. Contact fit fee is one of the most reasonable in town.

Why do we support local business? Because local business is community. They provide us with service, products and customer satisfaction, right? So why not just order something off of the internet? I bet you can find a cheaper price! Sure, if something shows up defective or wrong, you call the company, fill out the correct paperwork and handle the return yourself, but you saved money, right? As a local business owner myself, I love our community of businesses and all that we offer. As a local business owner, I stand behind every service I provide! Unfortunately, not all businesses in our community operate on these same standards. This past Father's Day my wife bought me a $300 pair of sunglasses (Rudy Project, ImpactX) from In-Sight Optical and the lenses were defective. I thought for sure In-Sight Optical would honor the warranty. I paid $300 for these sunglasses, so why wouldn't they honor the warranty. Unfortunately that is not the case. I went into the store and the store owner all but told me it was my problem. His words, "Here is a number, call the manufacturer." This in not customer service! FYI - I looked them up online and found the exact pair for less! FRUSTRATING!

WENT IN TO GET NEW GLASSES WAS TOLD TO PICK OUT SOME FRAMES I LIKED AFTER DOING SO I SAT BY MYSELF TRYING THEM ON AND NO ONE HELPED ME MAKE SURE I WAS MAKING A RIGHT CHOICE IN A FRAME FOR MY NEEDS.. I PICKED A FRAME THAT WAS BLINDING BECAUSE OF THE SIDE ARMS I TRIED DRIVING AND THOT I WAS GOING TO HAVE A WRECK I COULDNT SEE OUT OF THEM PROPERLY.. WHEN YOU PICK OUT A FRAME A SALES ASSISTANT SHOULD HELP YOU FIRST BECAUSE YOU CANT SEE OUT OF THEM UNTIL THE LENSES ARE PUT IN SO ITS IMPORTANT TO GET HELP TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE RIGHT FOR YOUR NEEDS THESE WERE NOT AND SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY TO GET THEM REPLACED NO ONE SAT WITH ME TO HELP ME FIT THEM PROPERLY OR GO OVER WHAT ANY ISSUES MIGHT BE...THE SALES HELP LACKS IN ANY HELP AT ALL... I HAVE NEVER GONE TO GET GLASSES WHERE THEY DONT SIT WITH YOU AND HELP YOU MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE...THESE PEOPLE JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR DONE....GO TO AMERICAS BEST BETTER DEALS AND SERVICE FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in town for a wedding and realized I had forgotten my contact lenses. I called In-Sight Optical and spoke to David, who told me he had the daily lenses I needed in stock. He was able to provide me with contact lenses within an hour of my initial call. He truly saved the day! My experience with In-Sight Optical could not have been more postive. Thank you David!
