I had known for some time that my eyes were not what they used to be and kept procrastinating going to see the eye doctor. Edge Optics is conveniently located near my work so I figured I better make an appointment and find out what I need to actually see everything the world has to offer. Macey, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had and figuring out the best time for me to come in. When I arrived at Edge Optics I was greeted by Macy and promptly seen by Dr. Bryant. I had no idea what kind of prescription I needed nor had I experienced any type of corrective vision in the past. After a short but very thorough exam, Dr. Bryant expertly determined how much correction each one of my eyes needed and what my options were. He recommended that I start with some glasses and go from there. There is a large selection of eyewear in the store and the task of choosing a style was at first daunting. Macey was very knowledgeable about all of the styles/brands they have available as well as what options each had. I decided to go with the Smith Brogan frames, as they were a nice mix of sporty and stylish so that they would work well in both an indoor and outdoor setting, and some transition lenses. I placed the order and a few days later they were ready to pickup. It took a little getting used to wearing glasses, but in no time they became part of me and now I can actually see all the details that life has to offer! I couldn't be any happier with the service I received at Edge Optics. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in all things eyes. I have since been back for a contact lens fitting/trial which I figured I would need for snowsports, snorkeling, etc. Thanks to Dr. Bryant and his staff, I became an expert at wearing contact lenses in no time and now have everything I need for optimum vision. I would highly recommend Edge Optics for anyone and everyone's eye care needs. Thanks again Edge Optics and keep up the good work!

I came in to get contacts for the first time, and told them right off the bat that I had a nasty phobia of things going near my eyes. Macey was super sweet and friendly, and Dr. Bryant made me feel at ease right away (not the least of which because of his cute bowtie). They worked with my fear and gave me great positive encouragement, and I was laughing for a lot of the time. It was a great visit. The store layout is hip and doesn't look like any optometrist's office I've ever seen - I particularly loved their picture of John Lennon hanging in the corner. This is a relatively new business, so definitely stop by to give them a boost!

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. They are so helpful and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured to settle on a frame I wasn’t happy with. Most importantly though, the prescription I had from a different office had been bothering me tremendously. Dr. Bryant took the time to properly examine my eyes and I can finally see much better! I walked into Edge Optics and was immediately greeted by a warm, friendly woman (Lynae). She listened to my (rather lengthy) story about how and why I needed a certain style of sunglasses. She tried to show me other styles that closely matched my pair but, we just could not find the right fit. After a while, she started an internet search to see how she could best serve me. Unfortunately, she could not find anything in their inventory but, was kind enough to share with me a website I could find my exact pair, frame and lens for a good price. Lynae was patient and never made me feel rushed. She was extremely helpful, calm and kind. Even though I did not make a purchase at this store, I got exactly what I needed from visiting Edge Optics. I received excellent service in a warm environment and got the sunglasses I was looking for. The team environment obviously reflects the leadership in this business. Thank you for operating a great local company and thank you for Lynae. She was perfect.

I had my grandkids getting an eye exam for the first time. Dr. Bryant was very patient and made the kids, twins boy and girl, feel comfortable and actually enjoyed the exam. He explained what he was doing so they weren't scared and let them examine the equipment before each procedure. I will bring back the older kids next week. The staff was great and the waiting area is kid friendly. Thanks for taking the time to make their first experience a good one.

These guys are amazing! I had a very pleasant experience during my eye exam; everyone was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment last minute and the exam itself was relaxing, as I do not usually like going to doctors of any sort, but the doctor had soothing background jazz music playing and me made feel at ease when he spoke to me. There was miscommunication when I ordered my contacts, but after we got it all sorted Mindy was extremely helpful and personable and even hooked me up with some sweet swag! Edge optics provides such a warm and awesome atmosphere, I would recommend them to anyone living in the Ft Collins area looking for a primary eye doctor :)

When I noticed my vision was getting worse I began calling different opticians. Edge Optics made a great first impression during my phone call because they were kind and went out of their way to check my insurance coverage for me. Since this was my first time getting glasses I was nervous but everyone there was amazing. I brought in a pair of Tom Ford's that the frame had been stepped on and they tried so hard to fix them, but ultimately couldn't, however they accomodated me in so many other ways by helping me find another pair of sunglasses. Great group of people to work with. Not only were they friendly and helpful during my exam and purchase, but also when it became clear that I was going to need replacement lenses for my new glasses because the first ones weren't working out for me. All at no additional charge. Also, like a dummy I din't think to check my insurance before my purchase, so they were able to help me after the fact by issuing a refund and re-submitting to my insurance company for the difference. I would recommend Edge Optics to anybody looking for a quality pair of eye glasses, sunglasses, or contacts, prescription or not. Customer service doesn't get any better.

Such a great place and all the staff, including the doctor, were very nice and welcoming. This was my first time trying out contact lenses and so it took a while to get them in, but the gal who was helping me was very patient and talked me through it giving me tips on how best to do it. I had to call today, the "Call of Shame" because I had lost one of my contact lenses while trying to get it in my eye this morning. They were so nice and understanding over the phone and found a replacement for me that I will go pick up after work. I'm very happy with Edge Optics and hope that I can continue going there for years to come. :)

I don’t think I would have ever expected to describe my eye clinic as cool and fun, but now that I go to Edge Optics I would! There is such a fun and energetic vibe about the atmosphere that makes you excited to get your eyes checked! I hadn’t gotten my eyes checked since moving to Fort Collins about 6 years ago, in part because I didn’t like my last optician. The opposite couldn’t be more true of Dr. Bryant. He is so fun and easy to talk to, as is the entire staff. When I was choosing my frames, I described what I was looking for, and they helped me choose several options. Helping me to find glasses that are a statement of my style and personality. The second aspect is as important as the first, IMO because if I don't feel good in my glasses, I won't wear them. I had a really great experience at Edge and am happy to say that I have found my local optometrist! Dr. Bryant was professional, calm and I found my appointment to go by quickly. I hadn't gotten my eyes checked in quite some time, and was surprised when Dr. Bryant said he could get me to 20/20 vision, which is something other optometrists haven't done. Mindy helped me pick out some really great frames - I'm stepping out of my comfort zone with them a bit and am happy to do so, I was in bad need of an update. We are traveling through Fort Collins and found this place. We went in and my husband got his sunglasses tightened and cleaned and then I found some great new sun glasses. The selection is a nice size with lots of options for glasses and for sun glasses. There is a cute area in the back for kids to play too. When we come back through we will stop again!

Although she is was quite uncomfortable, the experience was great, and the pink eye cleared up right away! This year our son had a questionable appointment with our pediatrician. They were concerned about his vision and about possible color blindness. Dr. Bryant was able to make the eye exam fun and easy for a 5 year old boy! Well done! The lab that Edge Optics uses is a complete disaster. They are sloppy, use inferior quality materials, the craftsmanship and precision is terrible. I have a total of 8 pair of eyeglasses / sunglasses. Every pair was botched in some way, shape or form. Several of my lenses had to be re-done 2-3 times and the lab STILL couldn't get them right. The frames of one of my pairs of sunglasses broke so I bought an identical pair of frames so I could re-use the prescription lenses. It was then that I discovered the incompetent staff at the lab used by Edge Optics had actually BENT THE FRAME to get it to fit the lens because they were obviously entirely incapable of duplicating the shape of the demo lens with even a remote degree of accuracy. Stay away at all costs! Pay a little more elsewhere for quality because you won't find it here. I had well over $2000 worth of frames / lenses screwed up by their lab!

I haven’t been to a optometrist in 5+ years! Can you believe that? I was having difficulty seeing (go figure right) I called Edge on a Saturday at 1 pm, they got me in that day at 2 pm! (No other places I called [6 others] couldn’t get me in until September!) I showed up and waited for a grand total of 3 minutes. Got in I could actually see the bottom line! And the print was tiny!!! They helped me pick frames out and gave me 100% honest feedback!! Also a reminder the staff talked to me about piercings and tattoos!! (They also had them which made me feel completely confident to keep my business with Edge!) they got me in and out (without time for frames haha) 10 minutes!! Very friendly!! Very VERY nice. The optometrist was fun! He was making jokes and making me laugh while being nervous he calmed my nerves!! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WORKING WITH ME!! I don’t have insurance And for polycarbonate lenses scratch resistant coating and frames my grand total was $302. And did I mention they have a 1 year warranty. Go there!!!

Dr. Denenberg takes the time to make sure you and your child understand what’s going on and explains all the tests as well as the results so that way you aren’t left totally confused!
