I give the Oliver people's glasses 5 stars as I'm a long time buyer of the brand and love their products but I give 1 star to the service we received. No one greeted us even though there was 2 gentleman standing behind the counter. No one helped us but when another couple came in both of the guys went to help them. I'm not sure if it was our looks or something else that didn't appeal to the guys working here. We asked for coffee they said they don't have any, we asked for water (as we have been in store browsing glasses for over 45 mins) and they said they don't have any water. The guy said that it's a new policy and that the store can't afford to give out water to customer. It's surprising that a brand like Oliver's people treat customers who are paying over $300 a pair of glasses like that... and that's how we won't be coming here anymore.

I live in Texas and I have been dealing with this store for almost 10 years and let me tell you they make you feel like you are right in front of them. Kandi is my go to person there and she is just a fabulous person to deal with. knowledgeable and very very helpful. I bought the last remaining pair of whistle sunglasses and not only was she helpful on the lenses I wanted but they shipped them to my house. I know this review has been long over due but I had another pair I sent to the store to get adjusted and they over exceeded what I expected so if you want get great service and the latest eye wear you come to this store.
