We went in with a huge unexpected problem. (Dog completely destroyed Liam’s glasses). Dr. Law worked in a quick eye appointment to make sure his vision hadn’t changed too much (it did), Jamie ordered a replacement pair of glasses, Dr. Law got him set up with contacts and Deena taught him how to care for them and put them in and take them out...and crafted a new hairstyle for him in the process :). Best customer service, EVER! Thank you guys!

Thorough examination, listens to concerns, recommends contacts or glasses that reduce or eliminate issues. Eyeglass selection is wide ranging in styles and prices. Assistance with fit and options of glasses. I love my glasses with magnetic sunglasses. Dr. Neal is my eye doctor for 20+ years and even after moving over an hour away continue to see him and the wonderful staff. Yes, Family Eye Clinic is that excellent!

I had an acute change in vision of me right eye. Dr Neal was able to see me almost immediately, for which I was thankful. He quickly diagnosed me with something I wasn’t familiar with and explained it to me on a level I could understand. Dr Neal will follow me closely and gave me contact numbers in case I needed to speak with him during the holidays. I feel Dr Neal went over and above to take care of me, not to mention how wonderful his staff was!!

From check in (even before) to leaving, an excellent experience. Samantha does a great job on preliminary tests. Dr. Neal is awesome. He studies pictures of my eyes extensively before my exam. I’m in the first stages of macular degeneration, so he has a genuine concern for me, as I’m only in my 50s. He cares for me as a person, not just a patient passing through! Well done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Can't say enough about how well treated I was here! Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and so helpful. Eyeglasses selection was exactly what I was searching for: not cheap frames, but also not $500 (most I liked were in the $200-250 range before insurance). The optician, Jennifer, was great to work with and took the time to walk me through all of my options. Will certainly be going back for years to come. Plus, they're open until 5:30p which means I don't have to take time off from work for an appointment.

I switched here after seeing another eye doctor in the area. I felt ok about the care I was receiving there, but I felt like my care could’ve been better. So I read reviews online and had a couple of clinics lined up, fully expecting to see a couple of different doctors over the next couple of visits. This clinic was the first on my list. From the first phone call, I was cautiously optimistic. It’s easy to be nice on the phone! Once I arrived, everyone was so nice. Then I met Dr. Chase Laws and I knew that I was in good hands. I’m a registered nurse, and I know how important being informed about your health is. He explained everything and answered my questions in detail. I didn’t feel the slightest bit rushed. In one visit, he addressed an issue I had spent more than 3 visits at my previous eye doctor trying to correct.

I have several complaints actually. 1. Is that for three years they have charged me my full family deductible when I should be getting my own insurance deductable, which was zero instead of some increadable amount, which only was then refunded to me a couple of months later. I don’t have that much money to tie up at one time and that keeps me from being able to get the glasses and features I want. This year is the year that I finally caught what you were actually doing to me to actually get you to stop doing it to me, or you would have done it again, but it would have happened if I didn’t get a chance look at the second piece of paper at the desk, the one you don’t show me. 2. I always get stuck late afternoon appointments and I don’t have to get them. I don’t work. But that is the worst time for your office. Your so busy. You have so many calls, so many drop offs, so many people that come back by to look at glasses or to be taught how to put in contacts. That my one little yearly appointment has to be interupted many times by doctors needing filling, phones needing to be answered, questions needing to be answered, glasses to be found because they were put in the wrong place. That it took me 2 hours to get home and I live two miles from your office and I was on time to my appointment. 3. The fees for all the extra testing on my eyes. My husband goes to McFarland and he had PRK done 10+ years ago, so don’t say that the testing was in the price of his surgery, that ran out long time ago. He just goes for routine check ups. But he has to get his eyes dialated every year, there is no extra cost. He has the exact insurance that I have and he walks out of there with nothing out of pocket. I know that you are a mom and pop shop and got to get my 10% co pay. But my lord do you really have to feel me to death???

They really seem to enjoy what they do. It's a welcome change to be met with smiles and manners! We found our new eye clinic!
