I've used Eyemart for years and was extremely disappointed in the (lack of) service today. For 30 minutes, we sat waiting. Had the glasses picked and everything... One lady was having a lengthy gossip session with a customer. The other lady was wondering around aimlessly, looking as if she was avoiding work... The guy completely disappeared... I wonder why?! Closer to closing time?

Micheal took care of me right away! Gave me honest and fair opinion of what looked good with my face Lol! I bought 2 pair and the second pair had a great deal so I had them made into sunglasses. They told me to pick out my glasses. I picked out 2 pair. I told him I wanted good scratch resistant Light weight lenses. And they always take a week. They called me the next day, said they were ready. Well they were so thick, no wsy that was gonna work. So I got someone else, she said we can send them off and get thinner lenaes. Well duh, that's what I asked for. Finally get my glasses, well much better, I was pleased. Untill I have to take them back because they scratch so easy. I'm taking them back again Monday for the 3rd time on this pair and the others have been taken back 2 times

Both for less than $200 with transition lenes. Not only were they higher quality they were ready in less than 20 minutes. Will recommend to family and friends. Very rude to me. When I walked in I was unsure about what to do so I went looking at glasses I had a question not knowing I had to sign in just to ask a question since it was my first time here. The people at the front completely overlooked me and went to the women behind me I had to say excuse me may I ask something. And the lady told me no you may not you need to sign in there has been people waiting longer than you. Let’s not ignore the fact that someone walked in after me who did not sign in and the lady pointed her to the right direction but I get attitude. I just left out. Because she was not worth it.

Kyle at Eyemart is AWESOME! After leaving the store I discovered that my car had a flat tire. We had all of the necessary parts to change the tire except for a lug wrench. I returned to the store to ask if there was anyone who might have one that I could borrow. Kyle, an employee at the store, went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he have the tool that was needed, but he also changed the tire for us. We were so happy that God answered our prayers for help through someone so incredibly kind. I cannot say enough good things about how helpful he was! Also, do not hesitate to shop eyewear at this location! The customer service at this location is truly some of the best my family and I have experienced in a very long time!

Super nice, kinda busy. Got there at 8:40 and and they open at 9. Della let me in and took care of me. Took 1 star off cause I wasn't told I was paying for a warranty which was 50$ for two pairs. Took almost an hour. ETA: 4 months later and these people still have not updated my insurance to get billed correctly! 1 star because I shouldn't have to call more than once for them to fix their error!

Friendly and efficient staff. The lady who assisted me was very quick about getting my insurance set up and helping me pick out my glasses. Had a nice selection to choose from at great prices ! This place is a great place to get eyewear and worked with my insurance even though they are out of network. My husband may as well be blind and was wearing the same pair of glasses for over 15years. They got him into 2 pair and he definitely looks better in them and can see better

Friendly atmosphere , was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. Very helpful personnel. I will continue to use eye mart for my eye wear. The only thing I would say is the sign in sheet is on a clipboard on a table . Not in direct view due to others moving it around. Not every one knows they have to sign it. But over all a nice , clean place to go with good employees.

The process of choosing and even purchasing glasses was relatively easy. The clerk was very helpful in explaining my options as I have more than one vision insurance. HOWEVER, the proxpro of picking up my glasses was TERRIBLE . I went three different times over the course of two weeks to try and pick up and waited over an hour each time. Ridiculous!!! Only got them on my 4TH time .

I live about 80 miles from Ft. Smiith and 40 miles from Hot Springs, but retured to Eymart Express for new glasses. Linda was the young lady who helped me and she did a great job. Because my vision is changing quite often due to cataracts, I wanted to spend the least amount and still get good glasses. Thanks to Linda, I was able to get 2 pair( one tinted for sun glasses and one plain) for a very reasonable price and a very comfortable fit with excellent vision. Definitely recommend!

Walked in to ask a question. No one would even look at me. After about 10 min I went up to an employee who just finished up with a customer. She tried to ignore me but I proceeded to ask....she cut me off saying I’m with someone else (she wasn’t). And I exhaustedly said, I just have a simple question. Do you do contact lenses? She said no, next door or something. She did have a smile on and wasn’t trying to be mean I don’t think. I just walked out. I couldn’t believe how many employees and no one would even look at me. I’ll for sure go elsewhere! This is my first review I’ve ever written because I don’t do these, but geez.

Been using Eyemart for a few years now. Never a problem! A couple of years ago my backup pair I got had an issue with the alignment of the lenses. Fixed with no problems and no cost. My daughter gets hers here as well. Wide selection of options and reasonable prices. Glasses most anywhere aren't cheap but for the service, quality and warranty here, you can't really beat that. Best thing is not waiting weeks like many places make you wait.

When I ordered the glasses the customer service was excellent...however when I went to pick up another matter. I wrote my name down on the customer wait list and went to the counter to inquire the wait time...the gal snickered and laughed and said I have no clue. I then went and erased my name off the list. Epic fail and very rude. I now intend to ask for a refund. Really rude.

They’re cheap. That’s about all you can say. I’ve been a customer, but this particular experience is for my brother. I’m currently sitting at this EyeMart Express to pick up the glasses he has been trying to get for three days in a row. He drove 86.6 miles one way Thursday. Couldn’t get them that day as the place was packed to gills. After sitting for hours after his appointment for a new prescription, it was evident they were never going to make it to even taking his ‘script before the 7:00 pm close. He said he’d watched multiple employees leaving their shift during this period. He came back Friday, again making the 83.6 mile one-way drive. They told him one of their machines was down. When he got here, they told him BOTH machines were down, and they would have to send to Fayetteville, which is 60 miles away from Fort Smith. So he asked me to pick them up today (I live in Fort Smith) and drive them the very same 83.6 miles one way trip. I’ve now been sitting here for exactly 20 minutes, for which the appropriate analogy is one of comparing to the universe where a million years is barely a blip on the cosmic scale. If I’m able to get these &$@% glasses in my hands within an hour, two, or three it will be nothing short of a miracle. There is and never has been ANYTHING “express” about this place. Same-day service, my @$&. So I’m entertaining myself while I wait by writing this extremely detailed and lengthy review. None of this is necessarily the fault of the staff. Working in this $h!+hole has to be hellish. I blame corporate for trying to cut every possible corner.

I love this place and all of their employee's! If you shop anywhere else it would be silly. Lucy is the bomb along with Della and Jacy. I can get TWO count them TWO pairs without insurance way cheaper than you ever could with insurance at any other place. Plus I got both pairs of my glasses in under and hour. I really enjoyed my experience. Everyone was so nice even though it was packed. My insurance made the glasses very cheap and I got a second pair free that looks good and is good quality. That's like 60 dollars off right there. They had sold the main frames I wanted but the free pair they had and they made it within a 20 minutes so that I could take them home before they closed. So thoughtful and considerate.

We have used eyrmart for years and the service is excellent once you get the help. That is our biggest problem with eyemart is the wait time especially when all you are waiting for is to pick up your glasses. Right now there is one person being helped and 5 of us waiting to be helped.

The eyewear I purchased was reasonably priced but could have been better with more lower priced options with frames that people would actually want on there face in public but for the median priced frames I have found are amazing and very nice business like frames.

My had to have rx filled and it was about 15 mins or less before they closed and the lady, I wished I remembered her name, came over and asked if we needed help. Other places usually run that close to closing, so they were awesome. Plus being Saturday she told they wouldn’t be ready until Monday.

My glasses had broken earlier today and I was left with my *INCREDIBLY* old back up pair. I had to rush over to my optometrist, get my prescription renewed because -of course- my eyes have gotten worse, and hurry over to Eyemart before they closed. I chose Eyemart because of the deals I've seen on tv, and plus I thought they stayed open until 8. lol. I got there 10 minutes before closing. I explained to them my situation, they waited patiently while I picked out new frames, and even got my glasses ready for me after they were closed. I got to shop around the pavilion while they stayed past closing time to help me out. The General Manager ( I believe his name was Kyle?) stayed to do the work, and called me when they were ready. He made sure they fit well, and never rushed me. Talk about some nice people. I just wished they accepted my insurance, but even without my insurance, it was still a great price for two pairs of glasses. Not their fault anyways. I would DEFINITELY recommend this Eyemart to anyone getting new glasses!
