The docor was rude didn’t tell me anything. Used outdated equipment. Dilated my eyes knowing I was driving. Then when I went to the optical department and after seeing the insurance I had the women did a 180 on me and started treating me like I was Julia Roberts in pretty woman. Hateful stuck up women that work that department.

PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. YOUR EYES WILL GET WORSE. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I had a tiny object in one of my eyes that I was not able to see or know what it is. So I made an appt. and visited Eye Group. I was there 5 mins earlier. The front desk staff is not that kind of friendly. They didn't even say Hi or have a smile on their face. After filling out the paperwork, I had to wait like 30 minutes at the front waiting seats until a staff call me. Then they directed me to the waiting seats on the right side of the building, and so I wait for another 10 minutes. Then finally I got into a room that I expected to see the doctor right away. But there is another 10 minutes waiting for the doctor. Here is the worst part, the doctor dropped a yellow solution that will help him to see everything in my eye. Then he used telescope to look at my eye. Ended up saying that they couldn't see anything and it will be gone itself in the next few days, if not, come back. Lol. Then I have to rinse my eye myself a few day until the object come out. I was wondering what kind of doctors and technologies that they have to just finding a small problem. They are just incompetent and useless. Of course, I have to pay total of 90$ total for just a visit without having my eye treated. I suggested the doctors and staffs, if you do not have the abilities to do whatever you learned and having the degree to do, just don't do it, work for somewhere else, throw your degree in the trash can. That's not a long term way to earn your money. The building is new and big, and this is the only one star that I give to them. For the service, I would rate them zero star if that's possible. So again, I don't recommenced to visit this office.

Doctor was extremely rude. Acted as if he had no time to answer my questions and rushed me through my eye exam. He only wanted to whisk me over to buy glasses. I took my prescription to Sams Club who had a better selection and was very patient and helpful.

I called yesterday to see if the doctor was taking new patients. The secretary answering the phone was so rude. She huffed when I asked if the doctor was taking new patients and then said “ the schedule is very full!” She then said nothing so I asked when the next appointment was available, she once again huffed and stated “well, what is the patients date of birth?!” I then said I would just call some where else, and asked for her name. She hung up on me. Unbelievable. I understand people are busy, but to be treated so poorly is bad for your business.

I requested my prescription because I have found cheaper places to get my contacts and they sent me a prescription for glasses. Even though they know I only wear contacts leading me through a delay and unnecessary hassle. Long story short, get all of your prescription information upfront to avoid any run around later.

DO NOT GO HERE OR YOUR LIFE IS AT RISK. 5 STARS REVIEW A LOT OF THEM ARE FAKE. THIS PLACE HAS REQUESTED TO DELETED SOME BAD REVIEWS IN HERE. LIARS. DISHONEST. Worst experience I've ever had. Once I was told the outrageous price, I told them I would think about it. I returned about 15 minutes later and the same lady ignored me. When I asked her where she had put the frames back she replied she didn't know! Just didn't care at all since I told her I would only be purchasing the frames at this time. I ended up having to look for a pair. The only reason I was there in the first place was due to my insurance provider. Then I was told I would have to wait after she got done with a customer. Even the manager on site seemed rude and their attitude completely changed after I informed them I would only get the frames. Worst experience ever. You could totally see they only care about you if you are willing to spend a ridiculous amount of money for glasses. WORST PLACE FOR YOUR GLASSES.

My husband and I both went to see the eye doctor. Both of us experienced 2 minutes with the doctor. She was in and out. And instead of using our eye insurance they used our medical. We have never paid the high fees we were charged ever! We are never going back!
