They Do NOT Stand behind these cheap glasses that got a broken lens, right away, and then charged me another $60 for repair, but gave me another pair with the EXACT SAME CRACKED LENS !!!!!!!! Go Elsewhere !

A lens fell out of my $280 sunglasses when I was cleaning them 31 days after purchase. I took them in... receipt, box, broken glasses...all in hand to make sure I had everything they would need. When I started explaining what happened and asked about a replacement pair, the associate cut me off and said he couldn't do that and quoted their 10 day exchange policy. I told him I thought this was a warranty issue, but he said no and just offered to tighten the screws. I asked if he knew whether or not this was the problem, and he replied "I have no way of knowing that". My frustration turned to anger when he started lecturing me that "screws can fall out of almost any product at any time", and "we've had this policy in place for 30 years, and that's why you sign the receipt". I about lost it when he walked to the back and started griping to his coworker. Thankfully the manufacturer is covering directly, but I would never recommend Paris Optique.

Locally owned shop that is NOT part of the Luxottica "Borg" that all other optical series and vision insurance are part of. We've been buying from Fanny and her team since 1990 and are raving fans. She carries eyeglasses that I haven't seen anywhere else in the USA. Service is absolutely the best you'll ever find, and even if you're a first time customer, you're treated like a 25+ yr customer like we are. Check them out and tell Fanny that the Browns sent you!

Fantastic service and incredibly honest. As a winter visitor I broke my glasses and went to three other optical stores who said I had to buy a whole new pair. Paris Optical fixed my glasses in 15 minutes. The staff was superior, professional and so kind. Highly recommend this store - refreshing great service.
