Worst service ever. The assistants were ever laughing at us after we answered there questions. Didnt even offer there help finding glasses.

Very disappointed with eyeglasses fr day one. Had appointment which was on time. Lady said pick your frames which I did. When I picked up glasseshad a hard time seeing out of them and the girl didn't see to align them right Sat lopsided on my face. She said take them home and work with them. I did for a week . Still can't see right out of them. Went back and another agent put dots on them and straighten them but still not seeing good . She told me try for another week wearing the constantly. Well if I'm not seeing right out of them how am I going to wear them constantly. Will return again but I believe prescription is wrong especially on one pair. Unhappy!

Great experience! Easily scheduled an appointment online for the next day. Came in and only waited a couple of minutes to start my appointment. They were thorough, but did not take forever. The Optometrist and the other people who helped me were all knowledgeable, and polite. IIhad not had an eye exam in over a decade so the Dr. explained everything to me, and explained what my plans are is and why. After the appointment it was very easy to find frames I liked. They said they'd be ready in 7-10 days, and I was called about them being ready on day 7. I love my 2 new pairs of glasses. They fit perfectly, greatly correct my vision, and they were EXTREMELY affordable.if you're in need of an eye exam and glasses for an amazing price I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Very upsetting. Eyes checked now find shades n reading glasses.No problem. Took meauresments added all I wanted. Get call to come back did. Wait wait their in. Ask to take outside in sun make sure eye glasses get dark enlugh in AZ sun. Employee raised cane told her carry them outside then. Insane. Not dark enough. Had to pay more for poly lenses fine. Left wait wait wait. I call they said they hadnt sent out they needed me to come in again. I go to store pretty upset now after waiting weeks n werks paid over 400.00 on top of my knsurance. I cancelled all due to the bs. Their not to bright I am a lisenced Optical Tec w/outstanding customer servics awards. Bad businesz.

Just called to check on eye glasses, whoever the guy was who answered the phone, should probably not yawn while telling me to hang on and then say” yay they’re not in yet hang up with no goodbye. Soo unprofessional.

VERY Disappointed In the service at this location! Had to go back multiple times because I was not comfortable nor able to see in any of the samples the doctor was providing me. She claimed I was “ resisting” ever pair she tried. Not sure how that term is appropriate to use to your first time costumer when I was expressing how I truly can’t see with the prescriptions you are giving me. I also then placed my first order with them and they forgot to call me to say they were in. after two and half weeks of not hearing from them I called them only to be told “ hmmm ya I have your right eye but oh yes looks like your left is at another location, that will be another 7 days till arrival”. By this time I have been wearing the same terrible samples for over three weeks. This was my very FIRST time. I felt every time I called or went in there I was a bother to everyone.

Love the two pairs of glasses for 70$ deal!!! They were really quick and convenient and the glasses came in sooner than expected! Will definitely come here every year for new pairs!

Horrible, was very disappointed with there service, the doctor was rude and I felt very rushed so therefore did not have a good eye exam she acted as if I was lying about what I could see and everyone in the front was on there phone or talking about there home life, disappointed and now have to pay for another exam somewhere else!!

I was a little hesitant about going here after reading reviews, but went on a recommendation. They were on time for my appt, the staff was friendly, and the eye doctors very thorough. They even checked my eyes for glaucoma and cataracts. I haven't got my glasses yet, but was very pleased with their service. Very affordable and didn't try to upsell me! I will leave another review when my glasses come in, so far very happy! Oh and I recommend Rebecca

My son recently broke his frames and when I called I was greeted by Kelly. She was SO SUPER nice and so very HELPFUL! She was able to locate frames for my son (in a different color but the same ones) so we went in later that day to pick them up. Over the phone she was so pleasant and even more so in person. I cannot believe how professional and helpful she was since we have been to many eyeglass places where they're so pushy to purchasing more than what we need. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Great Eye Doc and great customer service staff!

Horrible place ever!!! She gave me the wrong prescription in both my contacts and glasses. My glasses took 3 visits and still couldn't get my prescription, so I got my money back. Then 2 visits for contacts. I ordered a year suppy of contacts in July 2017. I needed more right eye contacts in May 2018. They told me no because I ordered a year supply already that I would have to do another exam. I called 1-800 contacts and I ordered a 6mos supply of both eyes to last before I got another exam, which will not be at Americas Best. I give the 0 stars!!!!

Today I went in for my appointment at America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses and was blown away by the exceptional customer service. I am one of those people who can't go to a place that has terrible reviews. Let me tell you, you will not be disappointed when you go to America's Best in Queen Creek. I was seen for a glasses and contacts exam and bought a pair of cute, reasonably priced glasses as I was checking out. I was in and out in a little over an hour! Talk about quick, affordable, quality service!

Went in to look at frames. It was crowded, so I wasn't surprised we couldn't get anyone's attention, but It would have be nice if someone would have at least greeted us and acknowledged our existence. Eventually left and came back later when it was less crowded. Still no one acknowledged us, even though it wasn't crowded now, so I found the frames I was interested in and took them to the counter to get someone's attention and a price. Despite the $69 frame, they have very expensive add-ons. For progressive lenses plus transitional lenses, it was going to be well over $400. For someone who buys glasses yearly that is too much, especially when I can get similar styles at Sam's Club or Costco for half the price. The woman who was doing our quote added on things like anti-glare, anti-scratch, special transitions that get darker in a car, etc..... Lots of extras that I'd be insane not to add. Yeah, right. The girl was abrupt and rude as well.

Don't fall for the $69.99 glasses my son went in to get glasses and we were charged $114.00 they said he picked out a expensive set of frames but the bill shows $54.00 and $44.00 frames plus the added $15.00 for a visual field exam never again!!!

My problem is that the staff just stood around talking to each other about personal stuff. I also was turned off how all there designer glasses were caked in dust. I mean with the staff just standing around you would think that they would take time to dust off their frames for their customers.

I recently moved to the San Tan area and usually go to the Chandler location. Wow, what a difference in customer service at this location, I was very impressed! Everyone was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. The exam was done very professionally and the Dr. Huynh was very nice. I am very excited to have this location as my new eye doctor. Thank you all the staff for the excellent experience!!

Literally one of the worst experience I've ever had with a contact or eyeglass company. Every single time that myself my wife or my daughter came back in for a follow-up they were either too busy the doctor at left the office or we had to wait well over an hour after our appointment time. I would have saved so much more time and money going to a real optometrist you don't save any money at all with all the extra trips you up the make and time wasted sitting in the office

Wow so far 2 weeks gone by and No eye glasses. Must be ordering from china because my last glasses took 4 days last time . Wish they had zero stars . Poor business will not go back. I am ready to leave on Vacation and probably made a mistake buying from this place .

The 5 stars is for CHAD, the optician at the Queen Creek location who helped me get my glasses and contacts. He listened and took the time to understand what I wanted and priced everything out for me, very professional, and efficient.

Made an appt online . Website stated call to verify coverage . I wanted to ensure they accepted my plan. 3 different calls, i was in hold for 10 minutes each. Being that I was at work, Sitting on hold thay long wasn't an option. Canceled my appt once I finally told them I couldn't hold. No apology, no attempt to make it right.

I have been a patient with America's Best for 25 yrs and never have I been treated as rudely as I was at this location. In talking to the front desk "manager" and not getting the situation resolved I said I should have gone to Costco and she said you still can. So warning if you would like better treatment just go to Costco because at America's Best they just simply don't care.

Had an appt at 4 got there at 4:16 told me had to make another appt because i was 10 min late when i called to make appt should have been told to make sure your a couple min early so because we were busy very unperfessional not only that no one called to make sure i was comming at 405 very rude customer service like a can just leave work anytime need to be more considerate anything could have happened but you guys dont care very disappointed she have been told over the phone please dont be late or we have to reschedule you never again

If I could give it a zero star I would. Worst place to get eye care. No one knows what’s going on, can’t find you right pair of contacts, make you come back over and over again, they tell you one thing and it’s another. The list goes on...

Extremely helpful in picking out glasses and finding the best lenses for me. Haley was my technician. She answered every question and I feel we found the best product for my needs. She even had to deal with an irate customer service call while helping me. She handled it quite professionally. This level of customer service is not that common any longer. I was quite impressed. I have used this store in the past and always get great service.
