This place is amazing. Although the waiting is long (waiting about 30-40 mins) the receptionist Angie is wonderful & kind! She makes the place comfortable! I’m giving it a 4 star because the waiting is still very long even if you come 20 mins early.

I went to here a few years ago and it was a nice friendly place. I had an appointment today, and I honestly would give a zero if I could. The Dr I went to see before was a nice older man. This time I was supposed to see a new lady that I had not seen before. I waited two weeks, took off work, and due to a car accident was 8 min late. I know because the front lady gave me a look and asked me what time I was "supposed" to be here, so I looked at my phone. My appt was at 3:30 and my phone said 3:38. She walked over, took about two min two get a file and said to me I don't know if the Dr can see you because of the time. I said 3:38? And she said No l, 3:40, because of the time she spent getting the file. She then asked me to fill out forms, which was weird since I had previously been there and when I made the appt the lady had all my information. I returned them, and the front desk then said ok I will see if the Dr will see you. She promptly returned saying I would have to reschedule, it was 3:45. All in all, either the front staff is completely horrible and unhelpful, or one of the new Dr's is. I just called another office and they were extremely kind and helpful and will see me tomorrow.

Waiting times are ridiculous, the phone system is a mess, and they don't call you back.

I love this place, been going here for years. The service is great from all of the staff-doctors, optometrists, receptionists and contact ladies. Great with my kids too!
