Went in for a routine exam and Dr. Fowler was very thorough. I was in and out in a short amount of time. Cheryl was very informative on what options I had for lenses, very pleasant experience!

My experience was nothing but positive. Dr. Fischer performed a thorough exam and did not seem rushed. He and everyone there was very pleasant. The costs for the glasses seemed a bit pricey, but it is a tradeoff for the ability to obtain a new pair of glasses during the same visit.

UPDATE: After being diagnosed with iritis yet again by Dr. Fischer, I was put on too light of a regime of steroid drops and put on a dilating drop that shouldn't have been used after the first dose with no pain relief. Then, I couldn't get a return call about my eye feeling worse instead of it getting better. What should have happened after the initial exam: I should have been referred to an opthemologist. I'm going to the optometrist in the red building by subway now. Far more professional all around, from the front desk all the way up. The optometrist performed a MUCH more thorough exam and immediately worked to get me an appointment with an opthemologist who specializes in uveitis. I am giving 3 stars because of my phone interaction with Dr Katschke (sp) when I was trying to set up an appointment because I thought I had iritis. Knowing that I have ankylosing spondylitis, which causes recurring iritis, I told Dr Katschke. I got the response "Well, you'd know if it was iritis. Iritis is really bad, it's probably something else" in a VERY pompous tone. Well, guess what, dummy, it's iritis!!! Avoid this place for the sake of your health!

My husband and I both got glasses within one week. We had wonderful service and all of the people at Wyovision are extra helpful. My husband broke his regular glasses and need to get new ones right away. We had his eye doctor in Billings (because of special needs for his eyes) fax down his prescription and within hours he had new glasses without any questions or delays. I went in for my regular checkup and also had my new glasses within hours. They have always been so fast and helpful, I would not go anywhere else for my eye checkup and glasses.
