Dr. Porter is very personable and informative. He listened to my concerns and gave me several options for eye care. The office staff is friendly and extremely helpful with filing paperwork and answering copay questions.

Excellent job as always! The people here make a visit to Wind City a great experience. They genuinely care about you, you're not just some number, or a chore they must dto the o. Dr. Porter is amazing, he's the most thorough examiner I've ever encountered, and he takes the time to do it right. I would add 10 thumbs up to the rating!

Wind City Eye Care is the best of the best. I’ve never had a eye doctor care that I am 100% comfortable and happy with my contacts and glasses like Dr. Porter does! The staff are all super helpful and friendly as well! Best eye care in Casper!

My family and I see Dr. Porter. He is great with kids, and very professional. I have worn glasses most of my life, and never found a more thorough, knowledgeable, personalized, quality care for my eye health and vision. Dr. Porter isn’t rushing through an eye chart, he takes the time to invest in the health of his patients. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and honest. The facility is always clean and inviting.
