Snowy Range Vision is where we have been going for almost 30 years now. Our family has been extremely satisfied with the services we have received over the years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. I demand a high degree of visual acuity and the optometrists understand that about me. I also needed bifocals at a younger age than usual, and they made certain that I had what I needed. When I suddenly developed cataracts, there was no question that that they knew where to refer me, and I had a great deal of confidence in who they referred me to. They have refined their process in recent years, and now an exam is incredibly efficient in terms of time. I was in and out of there in less than an hour, and I have no doubt that my prescription will be correct. If there are problems with my glasses they won't hesitate to correct the error, nor will they question it. This year I needed to reduce the expense, and the optician and I worked together to cut $200.00 out to make it more affordable. If it isn't acceptable, I can always change back and only pay the difference. I really can't say enough good things about them!

I would have given 5 stars but one of the ladies at the front desk was extremely rude from the moment we got there. It wasn't just to me and my group either. She was very short with the older gentleman ahead of us as well. She was condisending when I was filling out paperwork and had questions and we had billing questions after and wasn't helpful in the least. If you get nicer more helpful front desk employees, I'm sure you will be a 5 star establishment.

I went in to this clinique yesturday to get an exam. I did and I paid my co pay for my insurance. Today I go in to pick up my glasses and they tell me I owe them for an exam, and they were trying to charge me more for my glasses than what I was quoted. I was under the impression that I was coming in today to pay for and pick up my glasses. They tell me that they are not ready.

I had a piece of steel in my eye and was referred here by Urgent Care when they couldn't get it out. The staff was super nice and the Doctor, Sue, was patient and took her time making sure it was clean and well taken care of. She assured me there would be little pain and wouldn't take long and was 100% correct. I thought it would be much worse then it actually was. The care, knowledge, and professionalism here was well above my expectations and I will absolutely come directly here next time I have any issues with my eyes again. Thankyou Snowy Range Vision!

I have gone to Snowy Range Vision for an injury to my eye and an eye examination with Dr. Aldrich. Both times I had exceptional service! The second time I went there I actually fainted after my appointment when I was checking out. Dr. Aldrich let me stay in a back room until my ride got there to pick me up. At the same time she brought me water and chocolate to help me feel better. A few hours after I returned home she called me to make sure I was still doing okay. I would recommend Snowy Range Vision to anyone, their customer service is impeccable!

After three requests, I received it. I went to WalMart and got similar frames with lenses identical to what this clinic would have ordered. This is the last place I've gotten glasses from in 6 years where I was satisfied. I'm sad I'm no longer in Wyoming. They know what they're doing here, for exams and glasses fittings. Wish I could say the same for other places I've been to since.

Horrible customer service. The ladies at the front desk are rude and short. They will not tell you why they are charging you over what your co pay is. I'm guessing they gave me an exam that I would have never agreed to do had I known that it cost me an extra 40 dollars. And no, they did not ask me or tell me what exams they were doing to me or inform me that I would be charged over what my normal co pay is. When I asked the front desk ladies they refused to explain why I was charged extra than my 10 dollar Co pay and never apologized for not telling me why I was charged and continued to act like a huge stuck up jerk to me. Based on how many sneaky charges they gave to me, I would be better off without my vsp at my hometown's Dr's office. Save your money and don't go to snowy range vision center.

This place deserves 0 stars. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional group of people. They are not HIPPA compliant, and will hold your prescription hostage until insurance clears. They are overpriced, and the office staff is rude. They have a policy of not releasing prescriptions based on outstanding balances. This is illegal, and I am currently filing complaints with the FTC, HIPPA, and the BBB. On top of that, make sure you know exactly how your insurance needs to be billed because their "billing lady" will just resubmit it for 7 months. Had they billed my insurance correctly to begin with or at least followed up on the claim with the insurance company they would have been paid then. Regardless, as a medical professional, I strongly advise that you go somewhere else to receive patient care.

The new male receptionist, Steve, was very accommodating and polite in taking my message for Patrick, the contact lens specialist, and in making my annual exam appointment. He is very cheery and helpful-- definitely a plus to the reception area for patients! Patrick was patient and worked through my frustration at having blurry vision. He was able to solve the problem and even mail my new lenses to me in Florida while I am traveling for the next few weeks. My visit was trouble-free and exceeded what I have come to expect from Snowy Range Vision Center.

Tried to charge $50 for me to walk in, have the doctor look at my eyes and say that he needed to order more trials before he could actually do anything, I was literally there for six minutes and the lady at the desk treated me like a child when I came back for the actual appointment. I use to work at Snowy Range Vision for a short period of time. I ended up quitting after witnessing a handful of occasions where people I worked with treated customers like they wetent valued. I couldn't work for a place like that. But I had already been a client so I continued to be seen there. After an infection in the glands of my eyelid, I saw Alridge and was given an antibiotic. After a week and no progress, I couldnt get her on the phone and she wouldnt return any of my calls. After days of not being able to work due to my eye being swollen shut, she finally gave me a different antibiotic. Now almost a year later, I have another eye infection, called yesterday to try and be seen, explained I would like to switch doctors, and was told I could only be seen by her and I pretty much didnt have a choice. I said I would come by and grab my charts and would take my business elsewhere and I was just hung up on by Rhonda, the office manager. I will never go back to Snowy Range Vision, they have terrible customer service.

The expensive exam was very short but the optometrist was very nice. They didn't have a great selection of glasses and none that compare to my current pair. I had heard from a friend that she had to send back her glasses twice so I'm curious to see how the glasses actually turn out. Quick turnaround with them expecting my glasses in a max of 2 weeks. They even offered to try to repair my current glasses once I get my new pair since I like them so much (change is not my thing). Overall a good experience and they probably aren't any more expensive than anyone else. I just don't have medical coverage for glasses or eye exams. #medicareforall
