She knows her profession and keeps on top of the lastest information and treats her patients like good friends. Eye Care of the Bighorns also employees the best in the business from reception personnel to frame and lens fitting, and everyone there seems happy to be there. Can’t recommend them enough; top notch.

I've had a condition with my eyes that instigated searching for the highest quality care and knowledge. Eye Care has continuously proven to me that i need not worry whether i'm getting that. 5 stars. Bedside manners i could care less about. The first prevails in importance. However, they also rate 5 in that. They've always bent over backwards when i've had an emergency type situation and immediately made time for me. If i were ever going to open a business, their's would be a prime roll model. 10 stars..

This is by far the best optician's office I have been to! They are very detailed and thorough, and what I greatly appreciated was that they listen to what I wanted in terms of types of glasses (i.e. no bifocals yet) and made sure I had a prescription that was effective for what I wanted yet also needed. Prior to coming here I was utilizing opticians in retail stores that didn't seem to take the time to really check my eye health or to get an accurate prescription. I've been using this company for 2 years and have been greatly impressed. The office staff also go out of their way to make sure that you know the full benefits of your insurance coverage, and ended up saving me money. Only suggestion I would have for them would be to have Saturday hours. But they're open in the evenings later than I work, so I was able to make my appointment as possible with minor adjustments to my work schedule. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Bilyeu is amazing, and the test they do can tell you if you have vascular blockage, diabetes, sleep apnea and other health problems from their advanced equipment is so important to me even though this is an eye exam. I am very impressed to have this technology in Sheridan.
