The staff were helpful and very friendly~ The nurse that worked with me prior to seeing the doctor, I can't say how much I appreciate her and the patience she has~ She understood my issues and dealt with them appropriately and made my experience the best I've ever had at an eye doctor~ For me that says a lot as I look at going to the eye doctor like going to the dentist, because for many years, it was always painful, uncomfortable and difficult just to get my glasses perception~ The staff, nurse and my now Permanent eye doctor made my experience as easy and comfortable as ever~ I honestly can't rave about them enough, because my fear is now gone and I owe it to this office! They have all updated modern equipment and ways of doing things that won't have you climbing out of your chair~ I don't like things near or touching my eyes, and they managed to keep me calm! The doctor is amazing, very detailed and clear about all the information~ He breaks everything down so that it's so easy to understand and follow~ I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Desert View Eye Care to anyone! BEST place in Sweetwater County~

Had my first visit with this awesome business today. I had been a lifelong patient of optique 20/20 but just never got around to finding a new dr when optiques green river office closed. Even though I hadn’t been satisfied for a long time with my previous eye dr, I hate change & just stuck it out up until the closure. I’m embarrassed to say I waited a few years before venturing out there & boy, do I feel stupid now! Everyone I encountered in Desert Views GR office was amazing! I had testing done with my standard exam that I had never been offered & didn’t even know existed! I didn’t feel pressured to add on a million things like I had with my previous eye dr. They had a really nice selection of modern frames. I paid less for 2 pairs that I chose to add a few things like transitions & anti glare, than I paid for one pair from the other place with no extras put on & my insurance is the exact same! If you are in need of a 1st time exam or are looking to change drs, do it!! Don’t be dumb like me & wait like I did!

What a great staff. From the receptionist, to the tech, to the doctor, and then even their sales side, it was fabulous service & the very modern technology, which makes your eye exam almost fun! Doc was great, and didn't mind questions (many do.) He even caught my mild astigmia, and in the 40+ yrs I've been wearing glasses, only one other doc had caught that (for decades I thought auras were normal part of wearing glasses! ) Their frame selection, also, was up to date, with a fairly large selection. I had trouble narrowing down to the two frames I settled on because of it. And as a bonus, that second pair was half off. This was my first appointment with them & I am glad I made the drive from Rock Springs.
