I absolutely love this place!! The staff is always so friendly and genuine. I am always treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. I never forget about my appointment because I receive a thoughtful reminder via text message. There is simply no better place ANYWHERE to receive eye care. Dr. Carroll is hilarious, and so knowledgeable. He explains everything in terms even I can understand! He makes it very clear that he cares for more than just my eyes, and has my whole health in mind.

They were very helpful until the billing part. A lot of confusion with insurance and payment. After everything was taken care of they sent my info to a collection agency.... However they are working with me now and hopefully this was all a misunderstanding. Once it's all settled I'll update this review goofily with good news! Edit: . They didn't work with me. At all. Like did nothing to help me out. Terrible customer service. Avoid this place like the plague.

Front desk (phone call and paperwork) personnel were professional and focused on making things easy for me during my visit. The staff were quick at my appointed time and communicated effectively with me. The doctor listened to my questions and provided thoughtful suggestions. I love this vision clinic! The first time I took my daughter they were so great and patient with her while getting what they needed to get her the right prescription. Unfortunately her glasses broke 3 times by the third time they exchanged her glasses for a different brand without problem. I recently went in myself and they helped me with a new prescription. Very friendly staff and doctors.

My wife and I had our first and last appointment there today. The service was good, staff was helpful and friendly and Dr. Carroll was very professional. It went down hill when my wife went to pay. Everything was covered by insurance with the exception of a fitting for contacts. This isn't the first time she has had this done. Cheyenne Vision Clinic charged us more than 3x the cost of what other clinics have charged us. Yes, we should have asked the cost beforehand however having had this done so many times in the past we thought we knew what to expect. However we also feel they should have told us they charge so much knowing it would not be covered by insurance, if we would have we would have declined with a no thank you. We were absolutely shocked when we went to pay. I would suggest to look other places if you don't have the insurance coverage and are paying out of pocket for anything.

Very unhappy and frustrating experience here. I went through 5 different pairs of incorrect glasses and several visits and 3 (re)examinations with nothing to show for it after paying months ago for new glasses. Doctors and staff haven't been able to problem solve prescription errors correctly, nor identify a solution for a typical eye prescription. After the last trip there today and being told they couldn't help me anymore and didn't know what else to do, I have to start over somewhere else. Not only have I spent money on glasses, but I've also had to several hours off work and use gas to drive across town several times for this few month process. When they attempted to give me a refund for my glasses expense only they charged my card instead. It's unacceptable to have this many issues with providers and staff who are required to have licenses qualifying them to evaluate and treat vision needs.

The staff is friendly. They are always able to get me in quickly and on my schedule. I am always in and out of there in less than an hour. I took both of my kids in and we were still in and out in less than an hour. They are so helpful and go out of their way to help you with all your needs. My husband even got samples for 4 different sets of contacts before he found "his brand" and they accommodated him exceptionally.

I love Cheyenne Vision Clinic! My daughter and all of HeadStart go here to have their eyes checked out. They have always made me feel like I know what is happening with my child's eyes and they have always taken good care of us. My daughter loves the atmosphere and how they treat her like she is the only person that matters. It doesn't hurt that they give her an ice cream certificate for being good. The turn around time on her prescription glasses and lenses was five days!!! I was astounded. We came in on a Monday and her glasses were in by that Friday! Love the staff here they are so friendly!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I was rushed through the whole process. The girl who took me back was in such a hurry like if she was being timed for each client she seen. They don't care about their clients. All they care about is having the client in and out without actually taking the time to acknowledge their clients. NEVER coming back i would rather go with someone who will take the time to acknowledge me as their client instead of trying to provide "fast services" by rushing the client through the exam room's. As i was walking to get to the back rooms for my exam i could hear all the employees giggling and yelling it was very unprofessional to witness. Im even hesitating to give this place one star because this facility doesn't deserve one. I have experience this horrible customer service multiple of times and i am happy to finally switch providers.

I went to Cheyenne Vision Clinic last year and was relatively pleased with my experience. I scheduled my annual exam and went today, the service was terrible. First, let me say, the girls who answer the phone are very professional and friendly. However, the employee who took me back to take pictures, measure pressure, etc., was so rude. She was in SUCH A HURRY. She barely looked at me, she didn't interact, it was so bizarre. She was in such a rush, are they paid on productivity or something? Then, when we went to the little room with the clicker, she cleaned with alcohol wipes and then immediately told me to put my face on it. Let me think...no? Alcohol does NOT clean until it is dried. Plus it smells terrible. She also asked if my last name was Springer... and then said the girls at the front got it wrong. No, she just flat out didn't even care to look at my paperwork because when she did, I saw her spell my last name from the paperwork from the front. After Big Rush McGee was done, the doctor came in. He insisted that "I see pretty well" even though I need glasses to see text that's more than 5 feet from my face. He finished, and I asked if my prescription changed, and it did. It didn't surprise me because I had a hard time reading text again, with my glasses. He asked, so are you getting new glasses or lenses? I said yes. He took me to the front, I checked out. I went to the glasses area and was helped. I have no real complaints, it wasn't a great experience, it wasn't terrible. I paid and after my glasses come, I have no intention of going back.

So I made an appt for my son to get glasses and contacts. His contacts had to get 3 fittings because of the eye doctor not liking the prescription/fit. We have one more appt to finalize the script and I get a bill in the mail for $108.00. I called and they said that is what was owed. I explained to them that I had no finalized script and they informed me that it was an error but when his script is finalized I pay that amount. Heres the issue, when I spent over 1k for prescriptions and glasses and I asked if I owe for the contacts, I was infmed that they were included in the contact script for him. I paid full price, no insurance and I wanted one transaction. This is a classic nickel and dime move and oh by the way...very unprofessional and dishonest. Will not be using them. This is the second time something like this has happened in this town. Dishonest business practices. Next time I will get it in writing and protect myself and call out these businesses who are dishonest and need to charge people so they can make their next Maserati purchase. I will not be back there again.

Dr. Lahiff is great and my girls like seeing him each time they need an eye checkup. The staff are friendly and give out a "prescription" for ice cream to the kids on each visit. A good selection of glasses, but a little pricy if you have no insurance which is the only reason for the deduction of 1 star.

I had a very good experience at the clinic. It was a very professional and clean environment. When i walked in the girls up front were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me and get my insurance figured out, as well as answer and explain any other questions that i had before i went back to see the doctor. I was called back within a very timely manor and again the girls that took me back, to run their routine tests, were more than accommodating. I could go on and on about how great of an experience i had, but long story short i would strongly recommend their office to anyone with vision issues or even someone just looking to purchase contacts or glasses!!!

I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. I would like to especially give a shout out to Dr. Carroll. I took my father in to get glasses because he had been without them for two months due to losing them. Dr. Carroll was very thorough with him and made sure he understood what was being said (father has traumatic brain injury) and realized his urgent need for glasses and made sure he had them 30 minutes after our appointment. I would also like to thank the optical gallery for making this happen. Your entire staff rocks and you all truly made his day! Thank you so so much!!!!

Its not a bad place to go to get your eyes checked, but i wouldnt recomend going here vor safety glasses. It has been a month (today) since i had my eye checked and they still have no clue on the status of my glasses. When i ordered them they said "7 to 10 business day" and they would be ready. I waited 2 weeks and called and asked about them, they told me "sometime next week" so i waited the week... I called today (3 weeks later) and i get told "they will be here next week". So to wrap this little rant up, if you want name brand (regular glasses) this is an ok place to go to... Other than that, you might be better off going to the walmart vision center...

Very friendly and quality service. The staff is very welcoming and always greet you when entering building. Not a long wait to be seen and with my first experience with eye contacts, they take the time to show you how to put them in and take them out, making sure you are comfortable doing so properly. I recently needed to be seen last minute on Christmas Eve day and they were able to get me in within minutes and even offered to call me the next day (which was Christmas) to see how I was doing. Since I've moved to Cheyenne I've heard nothing but bad experiences. I decided to try it for myself... bad decision! Not only did I encounter rude staff but so did multiple of my members that have also gone. They are very inconsistant with checking their insurance properly... quote you thousands for a follow up for LASIK that was performed in CO yet a month before for a coworker with the exact same insurance, exact same LASIK Dr., and needed the effect same follow up he paid nothing because insurance covered it 100%... a simple visiin test was all that was asked for. Multiple times another friend tried to have them verify insurance so she could get it yet they said she had none, yet she called moments later and she still had full coverage. She tried multiple times with back and forth calls and every time the staff was ruder and ruder. She finally gave up after informing them how unprofessional they were and instantly another clinic verified her insurance. More people than I can count have raged about how they do nothing but push top of the line name brands for frames down your throat and almost refuse to offer an alternative so many take their prescriptions else where for a more cost friendly frame. So end of the day it's all about money with them!!! I literally have a voice mail stating they need a thousand dollars to become a patient and have a vision test... a thousand dollars when I carry 5 star vision insurance. Insane!! I hope they work on their manners, consistency, price points, and business practices.

I’m in and out in under 45 minutes whereas, at my previous provider, I would wait an hour or better in the waiting room before even being seen.
