This office is "balance billing" when they submit late claims and they're denied by your insurance because they are past their timely filing date. AVOID. I purchased glasses 12/1/17 and they did not submit until 6/13/18, and slammed me with the bill.

I had a visit with Dr. Catterson in Optometry today. He was very efficient and thorough in checking my eyes and vision, along with the nurse(dobson) who was kind and thorough! I had figured that my prescription was out of date but they were able to fix me up and sent me out of there with a new set of contacts to test out!! I was so surprised at how well I could see! {felt like a miracle} (disclaimer: I don’t know anything about the billing yet as I have not received one just yet) They sent me home with a sheet of the information that I needed, and i felt good as new! Would recommend this place and also Dr. Nathan Catterson!
