Recently had lasik done with Dr. Shapiro. I was incredibly nervous but he was very reassuring and took time to walk me through each step of the procedure. I felt well taken care of and am now seeing 20/15!! I would definitely recommend him.

Had to see this Dr for work comp ime for eye problems related to tbi. Dr Shapiro acted sympothetic and compassionate at the appt even telling me not to lose hope then wrote up a completely unthorough untruthful report based on his findings not ever addressing the main problem which is dizziness caused by eye problems. He said my eyes are fine after I have already obtained a ppd rating from my eye dr. Just another unethical Dr become a lackie for insurance companies. Traded in his integrity long ago just to make another quick buck. Be weary of his pretend smile and b.s. sympathies. Hes a snake in the grass

I thought there was nothing (beyond readers) that could be done about my over 40 sight loss. Boy was I wrong. I left Dr. Shapiro's office with a handful of options to correct my sight, none of which involved taking glasses on and off all day. Think of the hours I will save trying to find one of my 30 pairs of readers!!!! Thank you Dr. Shapiro. I hope everyone in the area knows what a gift it is to have you nearby. Not only a great doctor, but an exceptional communicator and very nice man. All of the stars for Dr Shapiro!!!
