My 12 year old daughter had very bad pain and dryness in her eye and we did not have an eye doctor in the area yet. The receptionist was super understanding and didn't want her to wait to long in pain so they allowed us to come in during the Dr. Downs lunch. The whole staff was very nice and the doctor never made us feel rushed even though we were keeping him through his break. An excellent experience all around!
