I have been a patient of Dr Nepple for many years and would trust no one else with my eye care. On my recent visit I was treated with quick professional service by the doctor and his staff. How great to be a treated as a person and not a number as in the the big clinics. Keep up the great work.

I don't think this office has updated anything since the 60's. All paperwork is photo copies of photo copies. They do not email. There is still a paper eye chart he uses on the wall. When you pay your bill you can only stop by or mail in to pay by check. No credit card or HSA cards accepted. Makes it rather difficult to trust any optometrists that is so far removed from technology. Also don't let the website fool you. That is the only thing updated.

Although Dr. Nepple appears to be very knowledgeable, he was extremely rude and condescending towards me. I felt very disrespected the entire exam. In addition, despite being the only patient in the office, I was still left waiting for long periods of time, with my exam taking almost 2 hours total. With all that being said, I do feel I walked away with the correct prescription. However, I will not be returning and suggest anyone else go elsewhere for their eye exams.

He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, stays current in his field, and goes above and beyond our routine care to assure we have the best vision possible. I never feel I am on a time clock in his office. He takes the time to be thorough and to explain my particular issues clearly. The office staff is always courteous and friendly.

Earl Nepple was so direspectful towards me, I will not be going back there. I don't know if it was my age or what made him treat me like that but I will not go back there & I don't recommend this place to anyone as long as he is there. Hope this review goes a long way. No one should be talked down to the way I was today. No respect for this guy!

It is my opinion that Dr. Nepple is a very angry, unpleasant man. I made the mistake of questioning his exam, he told me to get out because he didn’t like my attitude. I am still stunned! Go anywhere else.
