Nine months ago I had extensive surgery on both eyes. Dr. Griepentrog corrected the ectropion of both eyes. After 6 months I could not believe how well I looked. It immediately corrected the discomfort & irritation I had suffered for several years. Cannot tell you what a great job Dr. Griepentrog did. He & his team were fabulous through out the surgery, treatment & follow up. Thank you so much. Definitely rate him with "5 Stars". Would gladly recommend him anyone.

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!!!! If you schedule an appointment with Dr Griepentrop or any other Dr. at the EYE INSTITUTE you are considered an out patient at FROEDTRET HOSPITAL. YOU WILL BE CHARGED BY THE DR AS WELL AS THE HOSPITAL. They will NOT INFORM YOU of this when inquiring and scheduling as a new patient. I actually rate Dr Griepentrog as -0 STARS. I was charged $2950,00 for a consultation,diagnosed with something i told him about and was aware of, told by Dr G..... while chuckling "live with it or look deformed",charged as a hospital out patient I didn't even know i was admitting my self into when scheduling as a new patient for a simple consultation with an eye Dr., given a shoot of three units of Botox in my lower lid to stop it from rolling inward. Dr G did it poorly which resulted in having to remove/pulled out my lower lashes to help with the irritation and pain, charged for 100 units of Botox I didn't used. Dr G. advertised he does Botox and fillers.. a medical spa service. Then when its financially in his best interest states " I'm bound by Medicare to charge for the full vile... 100 units.WOW!!!! I'm not even on medicare. The ethical thing to do would to inform patients. This to me is totally uncouth and dishonest. Bottom line WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The arrogance of Dr Gregory Griepentrog to think 15 minutes of his time is worth $2950,00 when he did nothing, I ask...how can you and your staff sleep at night when you are providing poor customer service, poor service/procedures, and knowingly and intentionally misleading people for your own financial gain?

My whole experience with Dr G was good. I felt confident with having him do my eyelid lift, was comfortable during the process and am pleased with the outcome. I can see everything again! Thank you, Dr. G!
