I have been going here for 20 yrs but the last 3 visits I have not been impressed. The techs seem rude and crabby and the front desk people have no personality.

When I actually went into the office things were fine. Trying to get in touch with anyone to do anything when you aren't physically there is nearly impossible. I would not recommend.

Doctor Gregory Didn't Know What He Was Doing Told Me My Inflammed Right Eye Is Probably Caused By Headaces & I Needed To See Pain Management. No Eye Is Caused By Headaces and Also Told Me To Take 3 Ibuprofen 600 3x A Day Very Upset. The Inflammation Was Indertermined At That Point . Looks Like College Students Working In There ❗️Never Go Here

Have been a satisfied patient for 17 years. I have a complex situation with glaucoma. I have seen Dr Heuer and Dr Barnett as well as a few of the other doctors at the Eye Institute since 2002. They have done wonders to control my eyesight and everyone - techs, (especially Terry) have been awesome to work with. Yes, it's a busy office. Many different specialties for eye diseases. For me, it's worth the wait...

First I was charged a co-pay of $40, though there is no co-pay for annual eye exam on insurance. Second, during exam, the Dr. pulled 7 eye lashes. Cost was an additional $924. The room charge was now an additional $682. And Dr. fee was 242. I was left with a $346. charge after insurance. The additional charges should have been disclosed prior to lashes being pulled.

My husband is a patient at the Eye Institute with Dr. Warren. We were there yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about them. Everyone is so friendly and caring there from the moment you walk in the door. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Eye Institute!
