After years of disappointing 15-minute appointments with my ophthalmologist, I was looking for a consummate professional. Luckily, I found Dr. Griffiths who is dedicated to working with patients to explore issues and find good resolutions to ensure good eye health. I am happy to take the time for thorough tests in Dr. Griffiths office, and in-depth consultation because my vision is of critical importance.

The Bunster

I have been seeing Dr Griffiths and her staff for several years now. Have always gotten the best of treatment and service. Granted their frames and lenses seem to be a bit more expensive than Lenscrafters, but the time and effort I save by not having to go elsewhere is worth it. Plus my eye insurance helps. If there has ever been a problem, they fixed it quickly. I had cataract surgery by Dr. Griffiths with great success. I recommend her to anymore who would ask.

I must give this practice a 5 Star review. The receptionist were extremely polite and helpful, very amicable. I am so used to physicians front offices to talk about copays before asking any other questions. I was not asked for the copay until after the consultation. On the ophthalmologist, Dr. Nicholas I believe is her name, has a passion for her craft. Extremely professional while at the same maintaining a personal connection to my concerns. She was very thorough and gives the sensation she actually cares about getting to the root of my concerns. She made sure all my questions were answered and felt very comfortable. Definitely will be coming back.

This was my first experience with an opthamologist. While I don't have much to compare her to, I can say that Dr. Griffiths provides a very thorough, professional and pleasant experience for her patients. She did not keep me waiting endlessly in the waiting room to see her, her staff is pleasant and friendly, and their alert system for appointment reminders is the best I have seen. Her assistants are also very professional and knowledgeable, and equipment is state of the art. Dr. Griffiths took as much time as I wanted to explain her diagnosis to me, and she has an excellent bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Griffiths and the New View Laser Eye Center to anyone needing an eye surgeon and eye health examination.

Dr. Griffiths and her staff at NewView are a fantastic group of people. They are professional, yet warm. Interested, but not nosey. Efficient, but never rude or try to move one on and out. I really like how they treat each patient as a person. Dr. Griffiths expertly performed laser surgery on my tired old eyes, enabling me to SEE! (That night I literally ran around the house, laughing, reading everything. But the next morning was the best - I could actually read the shampoo bottle label. Joy!) I have to say, I was not an easy patient. Though I had done my research carefully and selected Dr. Griffiths from among many choices, I was a total Nervous Nellie. She and her staff put me at ease, talking me through each step, completely preparing me for the procedure. That was about 5 years ago. Since then she has become my regular ophthalmologist (why change when you find such a good thing?) and she has expanded her practice to help with those nasty aging facial issues. Leaving her office the other day after an exam and helpful wrinkle procedure, I realized how lucky I am to have Dr. Griffiths. I recommend her to all, without reservation or qualification.

Dr. Jacqueline Griffiths at NewView Laser Eye Center was truly exceptional. I had my first appointment with her yesterday, and both herself and her staff were friendly, thorough, and made me feel like I was special. I had been to 2 previous doctors for the issue I came in with, and it wasn't until I met with Dr. Griffiths, that I truly felt like I had been taken care of. I would recommend NewView Laser Eye Center to anyone looking for a doctor and staff with true expertise and elegance.

First rate experience. I was recommended to Dr Griffiths by another happy customer, and was able to be seen within 3 days of my introductory call. Her staff was lovely. In my examination I learned that I was not a candidate for Lasik, but that an alternative treatment - PRK - was a great fit. I was given thorough preparations in advance of my date of surgery, which was scheduled for less than 10 days after my initial call. While the treatment itself (20 minutes at most) might have been a little stressful, the doctor was so poised and warm, that I was able to quickly make it through the surgery and off to recover in the comfort of my home. I'm writing this review 5 days later, with 20/20 vision for the first time in more than 40 years. There was absolutely no pain, and only very minor discomfort on a few occasions. And since the doctor accommodated for reading glasses it will likely be years before I don another pair of glasses.

Long time Lasik patient of Dr. Griffith's from 15 years ago. She was and is absolutely great! Now I have a cataract at only age 51. It's never easy I suppose. The Office Team was terrific and very efficient so every thing went smoothly for this eye appointment. There's a lot to digest when considering surgery so I'd suggest they offer a follow up time for short call to answer subsequent questions. Apprehensive about surgery but have faith in Dr. G. Thanks!

I went to see Dr. Jacqueline Griffiths after hearing many good things about her. I'm really glad I chose New View. At 25 I decided to go with the more intimidating Lasik Surgery...and I have to say, Dr. Griffiths has some of the most dexterous hands of any Dr. I have ever seen. Amazing attention to detail. Knows exactly what to do. I hope one day, when I am famous on Tv, she will see me and be like "Hey I worked on his eyes" haha New View was a Wonderful experience 5/5

I have had PRK eye surgery done in both eyes 17 years ago. Even then, was I was told that I mostly likely will need reading glasses (at a minimum) as I get older. I started wearing reading glasses about 5 years ago, and was under the impression that nothing else could be done. But I know that technology changes, so I went to see Dr. Griffiths at NewView Eye Center and had her exam my eyes. Much to my surprise, I found out that I was suffering from the cataract of the eyes. Dr. Griffiths carefully explained my options, the costs involved, and the long-term effects of the options available. After opting for the surgery, Dr. Griffiths removed the cataract and implanted a prescription lens in each of my eyes. The procedure only lasted a few minutes and was entirely painless. I now have 20/20 vision in both my eyes….no more reading glasses for me! The whole NewView Eye Center team, from the front office to the technicians that do all the preliminary diagnostics, to the operating team at the surgery clinic; are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. They patiently answered all my questions and provided detailed instructions of things to do before and after the surgery. I was comfortable throughout the process and am extremely happy I decided to do this. I highly recommend Dr. Griffiths and her team!
