The billing department of Marshall Health is unbelievably rude. I have been dealing with them for several months now and it does not matter who I speak with they are very unhelpful and unfriendly. I just tried to pay a bill over the phone and they told me I had a higher balance than the bill I received in the mail, when I informed her that was not the balance I had in my hand then she rudely asked “so what is it you want to do?” I want to pay the bill that I received for the amount I received. If you do not enjoy customer service, please find a different job.

Marshall Health is located inside the main building of Cable Huntington hospital. Originally was known as University Physicians and Surgeon, Marshall Health now works together with Cabell Huntington Hospital to deliver the best care for patients around Tri-state area and beyond. Together they provide the best care around the area with the best physicians and equipment. Marshall Health works hand in hand together with Cabell Hospital. The facilities are equipped with over 300 hospital beds, ample parking lot, helipad to transfer patient to and from Huntington, WV. Other than staffing specialist and family doctor, Marshall Health is also a medical school that encourages medical school graduates, residence, and fellow, to study and cure wide varieties of illnesses.

Took My son to get 1 tooth Extracted. They scheduled an appointment to do so then a week before they randomly just cancelled his appointment with No reasoning as to Why!! So our experience wasn't to pleasant!!

Before I post this lemme say I have been with Marshall Health for over 15 years in almost every area I needed to go. I gladly went to the office I had to go to for my cognitive functions and memory disturbances. This test could have helped the rest of my life. However after doing all the tests and answering over 300 questions I got a letter in the mail as expected with my answers, only to see it to say I did not put in "Optimal effort for a diagnoses" that's a slap in the face. Especially since I've relied on Marshall for so long.

They demanded we pay 1311 for 3 three teeth to be pulled in Mar. After service was completed we received a statement $1161?!? I have made numerous calls for a refund (currently Aug 12th). People check your bill they send you as ours was $150 cheaper than their demanded upfront cost. Still no refund, still lame excuses: refund dept is behind, supervisors in meetings, etc Btw our refund was authorized May 16th. How long does it take to write a check. I even offered to go pick up the cash. After all that's how we paid them. Would never recommend them EVER

I had a 3:20 appointment. It is now 4:55 and I am still in the lobby, sitting (very uncomfortably) in a back brace waiting to see a doctor. At 4:50 I asked when I might expect to see the doctor. The response... "I don't know. There are still a lot of people ahead of you." Hmmm. You had no problem calling me up and getting my co-pay within 15 minutes of arriving. If an office is going to be this far behind, would it be too much to ask that they reach out, tell people and reschedule where possible? Poorly managed! Yep, 5:55 and still waiting.....
